CONSUMERS BEWARE. Brian the pharmacy manager is a liar and abusive to customers. He raised his voice unhinged “why are you waisting my time, stop F waisting my time with transferring prescriptions”. Told him not to yell at me, tried explaining he interrupted me again with the same hostile demands. I filed a complaint to resolve the issue and the pharmacist retaliated by banning me from filling any prescriptions in the store. Due to the hostile pharmacist the customer complaint agent requested the store manager call me back. Never called me back. Not knowing the events my husband called to check on one of my meds and he wouldnt listen telling my husband “she is banned, your wife is a liar, I dont know what kind of relationship you have with your wife but she is a liar”. Waiting on corporate to resolve.

In my experience, this place usually has more selection than the one in Exeter. The one time I picked up an item, it took about 30 minutes for it to be ready - not the best, but okay.

I did an online order. I have very pale skin. Walgreens was out of the foundation powder and substituted it with a darker color. When I commented on it, they offered to substitute with a different brand, but no one was sure how to do it, so I asked for a refund and left after the manager was paged and never showed up.

I called the pharmacy today because I needed help locating a store that carried a prescription I needed. I was helped by KJ in the pharmacy. He went above & beyond looking for alternate stores because this location is out, and their is a shortage of this medication from the manufacture. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. I appreciate the thoughtful customer service I was given & would recommend using this pharmacy.

Very racist pharmacy manager named Brian, followed by a pharmacy staff that are always in a bad mood, every time I pick up my prescriptions they make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them.I've made a formal complaint to Walgreens corporate about the racism experience I experienced... They did nothing, so I want to let everyone know!

I have never been to this Walgreens, BUT, she is one the pharmacy associates here and is the NICEST, KINDEST person I have ever met in a pharmacy. She previously worked in another Walgreens and honestly made what could have been tiresome an AMAZING experience in humanity. She has helped me more than anyone in a pharmacy setting EVER. Thank you Heidi from the bottom of my heart. You, set the bar, HIGH, for all pharmacy associates!!!And, thank you so VERY MUCH Heidi, your guidance helped me PERFECTLY all the way in California!! The pharmacist that is chinese is working in Hampton should be fired is the rudest person ive had to deal with in a long time first hung up on me then went in to the place and was told to leave very unprofessional shouldnt be allowed to work any place that the public is i hope there is discpline action for this guy Henry the pharmacist was a super nice guy went out of his way to help you kj should be fired

Words cannot express how much I appreciate Rhonda's help with my online returns. She is the night shift manager the night I went (Sunday, Nov 6) and her side kick on duty was Justin. I went to several Walgreens, the staff personnel that I spoke with were nice, helpful and friendly, but Rhonda was the one who went way above and beyond with helping me with my online store purchases returns. I hate online returns, I'm sure a lot of people do to. So in my eyes, this lady is an angel for going through painstaking steps of inputting my data per each item that I have to return.To make it even more commendable, I got there (in Walgreens Hampton) 20 minutes before it closes. But this lady didn't have second thoughts of giving me her best despite the time of the night I made it to her location.Big bosses wouldn't really see what their employees are doing specially during late times of their shift. So I'm making it public hoping someone on the upper management of Walgreens sees my review. Because I don't see employees like this very often. Again her name is RHONDA .. her side kick is JUSTIN. They deserve a big KUDOS! Bonus, promotion, reward, whatever good that can come of a top notch customer service.A big THANK YOU from me. The world of customer service needs more kind, empathetic, dedicated & hard working employees like Rhonda and Justin.

I came to this Walgreens for COVID vaccinations for my family. The person at the counter was extremely rude, and was yelling at us for thinking that we could come in for a walk in appointment. He even slammed the counter and yelled loudly that there were no walk ins today. Very bad experience, I hope that this man will be disciplined for his rudeness.

Zero stars because of Karen! Her eyesight is too poor to check ID's of middle aged people without holding it in both hands for a creepy & annoying amount of time, & she has a horrible attitude with customers! Fire her & you'll be doing yourselves & everyone else a favor!
