I deal w with four post office thru out the year. There a few nice counter people but by in large they are the least helpful and most unfriendly lot of postal worker ,I have ever encountered.

Mailed 2 cards that were weighed on the scale. Told by the guy how many stamps for each. My sister had to go to the post office to pay more money for the cards. Inconvenient for my sister,embarrassing for me. Especially when I stood in line to get them weighed,and put the appropriate amount of postage. I don’t know why he didn’t stamp the postage instead of me buying stamps. Then the other woman had no idea how to do paperwork to an APO military base. I went home and came back on Monday. Same girl again and the guy knew how to do it and wouldn’t help her or just do it himself. You’d think she’d learn it after I left

This is my first negative review I’ve ever posted. I simply asked TESS her professional opinion on what box would best fit my 3 items to ship. She told me I should try out the boxes and see for myself. She said she was too busy to help me when there was only one other customer in the store being helped by another employee. When I asked for tape to tape the box she told me I need to buy tape. I proceeded to tape a box that ended up not fitting my items. I cried out for help again and she told me it is not her responsibility to help me find a box appropriate for the items I needed to send. I ended up leaving. I will send at another location. I couldn’t believe how rude and unhelpful she was to me. My family has lived in Hampton for over 35 years. Very sad in my own neighborhood.

Had problems with the last 3 packages that pere being shipped to me. Never got two of them and the third was marked as delivered by the post office 10 days before it magically showed up in my mailbox. Went to got talk to a supervisor about my missing packages and was told that not only was there no supervisor on duty but that there wouldn't be one on for 4 days and to come back then. No supervisor for 5 plus days? No wonder they keep losing deliveries.

I went there yesterday to buy a money order and I won't mention any names but the woman behind the counter asked me for my ID. I said I've never heard of such a thing where you ask me for my ID to get a money order and then she asked me what I was doing over in Hampton when I lived in Exeter. I said I was just over this way it's only 10 minutes from Exeter. But really looking back I should have told her to mind her own business and she has no right asking me for my ID I don't know who she thinks she is but I think shes sticking her nose in where it doesn't belong and is crossing some lines. While the money order printed out she just stood there and stared at me, like okay this is a little weird

One of the nicest looking post office in the spring through fall season. Plenty of parking ?️. Convenient mailBOXES if you want to drop off small envelopes from your vehicle. I drop off all envelopes inside because of recent thefts from mailBOXES where thieves are looking for checks to erase everything but the signature in an attempt to steal $ from people's bank accounts.Inside looks good. Large section for P.O BOXES.I cannot comment on service because I have had no interaction with the staff. Other reviews are harsh.

I have never lived in an area where the post office lost more than half of my mail, this letter carrier have to be blind or can’t read read. Not only have I lost credit cards at work supposed to come but there are three mailboxes where mine is in the lytic area just shove things wherever they want to and I have to go through all three of them to find some of my mail. I know this won’t change anything because they probably don’t even read them

Amir is our mail carrier. I would like him fired!! We live at 5 Church Street. We have 5 houses on our lot. EVERY DAY after he delivers the mail we go to each other's houses and give out the right mail. This is EVERY DAY!! He is on the phone the whole time he's delivering the mail. He is doing business!! And NOT USPS business!! We also don't get mail in a timely fashion. Bills are often late. You need to do something about this atrocious service.Jill Lanouette5 Church Street #4Hampton NH 03842

Nice counter service person.But the mail delivery is Slow and has Delivery issues.For example... doctors office sent several invoices but it got kicked back 'No address found!'.Confirmed the mailing address which is exactly as listed so why was it returned??All other mails, if any, are received like utility bills which has the SAME mailing address!
