Don’t waste your time we went in there a few days ago looked around and the two employees in there seemed to worry more about the conversation between themselves than the customers in the store. I waited several minutes for some help to no avail because the item I wanted I could not reach so we left along with our money. You would think after all winter you would do what you have to in order to drive sales but I guess we are at the point where customer service is a joke just as it was here. So everyone do not get caught in the tourist draw to this business plenty others on the boardwalk that would love to have your hard earned money.

My family and I visited this store on our vacation. The employees were extremely friendly, one of the employees was able to help my very picky son to find a sweatshirt. Prices are reasonable and the quality is good. We were treated well and I will definitely be visiting this establishment again.

While visiting the beach, we bought a kite from this place. The price specified on the kite is $ 14.99. We used our debit cards and authorized $ 14.99. The charge was then changed to $ 15.49 after the purchase hit my bank account. It’s only .49 but super sketchy practice. Be mindful when shopping there.

I went into to use their atm. The transaction said there was an error and the atm was now out of service. The money never came out. However, when I checked my account, the money was taken out. I thought no big deal I will talk to the worker. I went up to him and told him what happened and he said well sorry I don’t know what to tell you. So I asked for the manager which he replied he was the manager and I was out of luck. I then requested the phone number for someone to contact and he said he does not have one.. absolutely disgusting customer service. And honestly just down right sketchy. Beware of these scammers.
