We stayed at ships in for a night on our way through town, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location was great right near the ocean.

Great location, great hotel great service. Clean rooms and a great view.
Walkability: Beach is at top of street.
Food and drinks: Sal's Pizza is great right at top of street and good fries right next door.

Just a 1 minute walk to the beach, I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Hampton Beach. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious and homey. Sami the owner is very accommodating and makes you feel like a true guest
