A friend and I do semi private classes with Mary and I can't recommend her enough. Her workouts are challenging, creative and fun. She's also has great modifications and is all about form.

Mary's zoom workout classes have saved my husband and I during quarantine! They are a great workout and help us feel apart of a community despite the distancing. Cant wait to take more classes and see the Seacoast Health Collective in person!

Mary was fantastic. Her warm-up routine flowed nicely into the circuit training. She did a great job correcting form and being supportive. Also, great music and a wonderful space. Lots of windows!
