Needed to break some lug nuts free after another shop over tightened. Called ahead, was told to come right over and they quickly just broke all lug nuts free and re-tightened. Friendly and helpful couple of guys working that day. Thanks!

I hope the owner reads this because I forwarded it to corporate as well. I went to Monroe on N Hampton for a state inspection 2-1. It was my first time using them for inspections.Usually inspections can take up to an hr. My truck was put on lift, done in less than 20m guy walks with flashlight looks under lets it down comes inside says you failed need a sway bar. I said are there pictures to show me? He said we dont have digital cameras. In 2024? I said you didn't even show me personally what was wrong most trusted places will especially for women.Another customer was walking in the service area looking at his vehicle so I thought I would recieve same treatment. No. I asked is there an indicator light? My car drives excellent how would I know I needed one? He said there no indicator you wouldn't know, its just pass or fail. He said "another shop will tell me same thing." He was the manager which makes it worse. His kid was behind the counter with him as well. He was very rude and unprofessional. I will never use their services again and I had many times in the past.Aviod Monroe for inspections or service. Horrible staff in 2024. Sullivan Tires are the BEST and customer service is elite.

Would not recommend. They misled me to believe I would not be charged for a tire alignment if I didn't need it, but then charged me $150 for an alignment that they told me my car didn't even need...I tried to contact customer service with no response. Would recommend you go somewhere else for your car needs.Update: corporate customer service was very helpful and able to refund my money for the alignment I never needed.
