Hannaford Pharmacy is noted for its fabulous and incredibly kind customer service. The staff is ridiculously kind, knowledgeable, and easy-to-work-with. They will literally go out of their way to help, having prescriptions ready quickly and making calls to locate needed medications. Customers report never having a bad experience, a bad phone experience, or receiving a wrong prescription over many years. Many have switched from other pharmacies and have been more than happy, with no desire to look back.

I've been getting perceptions from this pharmacy for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. I've also never had a bad phone experience with them or a wrong prescription given to me. I don't understand the people whining about this pharmacy.
