During a rain storm I noticed I had a windshield wiper missing. I went to another auto parts store and they didn't have wipers for my car. I stopped in Federated and was greeted in a cheerful manner by Craig. He searched for my wipers, found that they had them in stock, I paid, and then he offered to put them on my car, DURING A RAINSTORM, at no cost. That kind of service is rare these days, and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this business and hope others will give them a try. Plus, they have a super cute dog in the store. Thank you Craig!

After being first ignored and finally treated dismissively at Autozone in North Hampton, I entered Fisher Auto Parts in Hampton. What a different experience there.
