Held our Belle overnight. Kept her safe. Jakob was very nice.
I took a star away because the cash only option I don't understand in this day and age. I would if you didn't keep a record of the tow transaction but since I got a receipt it doesn't make sense. Move with the times and realize not alot of people these days carry cash and ATMs run out of money. If you're accepting credit cards for the mechanical service of the garage, also consider Venmo for the towing service. Venmo or other Direct from Debit service is just as good as cash. You can push the fees onto the client for using it. Just as the atm collects fees to cash. Time is money, if you're waiting around for a client to scour the beach area for an ATM and waiting for them to come back that's a call you're missing to get to.

These guys are awesome!!! I’m from out of state and super last minute asked if they could fit me in same day (before I had to drive back home) to just check if my car was safe to drive as I was hearing a weird noise that I thought was an axel issue. They figured out the problem and fixed it on the spot at an extremely reasonable price and even swapped out my dead brake light. They are all so friendly and great! Best mechanics I’ve met in any state ? extra props to John! He’s who worked on my car! ? thanks again guys!

I just had my Jeep towed on a AAA call. I was running behind to meet the tow truck driver and they were more than accommodating to meet me when I got there. The guy I spoke with from the garage on the phone was super nice as well as the tow truck driver when he arrived. He was just a nice nice gentleman, super kind and super helpful!! My car wouldn't start and I was stranded by myself in seabrook. My boyfriend was panicking and contacted daves auto to help me! I can't thank you enough for helping me! The guy that came out had my car running within 2 minutes! I can't get over how kind the guy was who came and helped me ! I will always be grateful for your help! Thank you so much

Absolutely useless. Asked for a set of bolt cutters to drop a spare tire mechanism that was seized. They could not help me because they “did not have the equipment” to cut through a 1/4 inch braided cable. DO NOT USEService: Tire change

We were stuck on the side of the highway because the AAA garage for the area we were in kept denying the call from AAA. After hour and a half of waiting finally AAA called the state police to let them know we were there and they couldn't find a garage to help change my tire or tow the car.After a few minutes a very nice officer stopped by to see how we were doing. I told him the situation and how AAA was basically leaving us stranded because they weren't calling other garages, and it would be after 8pm for help ( we broke down at 4:45)He radioed in to dispatch and within minutes had Dave's garage from Hampton headed out to help us. Luckily we were safe on the side of the highway, with my daughter and our little puggy. The officer left and within about 20 minutes Dave's garage guy, Jacob, was there to help?. Unfortunately we had to get towed because neither one of us had a tire iron, Lol, ?but we were only 17 miles from Hampton so no biggie. He had the tire changed in a few minutes and we were good to go with our donut tire?. He told us we should get a hotel room or take the back roads home. We live in Manchester and have actually driven before with that donut so I took the chance. By the grace of God we made it home safely. Jacob went above and beyond his job by rescuing a family stranded that was out of his area. I'll forever be thankful for Jacob and Dave's garage and also the state police officer who sent me help. Tried to tow my car out of a private property parking space. Handicap placard was not displayed but I showed it to him when he arrived and he demanded I pay him $180 CASH for doing absolutely NOTHING! DID NOT actually have my car hooked up yet, lied to the police and continued to hookup my car as the police were called. Boycott this place. Use State Automotive if you have a car problem. They will help you on the spot, they are honest mechanics with good rates!
