I generally don't like going to the pharmacy. I'm disabled and get a lot of medications. But this pharmacy is actually pretty great. They're fast, accurate and generally helpful. There's one pharmacy tech named Pete that's really on the ball. He can navigate the computer system and get the right answers. Most everyone that works there is, But this guy really knows his stuff and I really hope CVS appreciates him (or anyone competent) and pays them enough to stay around.

The MinuteClinic customer service was super. I got updated vaccines. The technician was very informed, caring, efficient and gave me many helpful tips.

I love the Hampton NH CVS store.I love the inventory and the assistants working there. Jessica, etc.They are so knowledgeable and helpful.They make my visit there worthwhile.

CVS mails out 30% off coupons that lure you into the store, only to find--time and time again--that you can't use them because they aren't valid for sale items and everything in the store is on some sort of contrived sale. One example is, 'Buy one, get another at 50% off,' which reduces you 30% off down coupon to 25% off. To me these appear like misleading bait and switch practices.

I live in town and the staff are always friendly and personable! It’s so convenient having this location at the end of Beach Rd. Joseph at the pharmacy is incredible! His customer service skills moved me to write this review! Even at the end of a 14 hour shift, he still took time out of his day to help me; Give this guy a raise he deserves it!

This was awful service by the Operations Manager Sandy. No doubt why they get a 1 star rating. She was condescending and rude. I will never go back there again

I went this afternoon and the cashier Sandra make me feel that I was lying and trying to steal from them. This is not the first time that this CVS location treat me this way. I ended up returning what I bought and went somewhere else to purchase the products.

Typical CVS. They offer pharmacy services and sell over the counter medications. It has a seasonal section with decor for the next holiday. Also personal grooming products such as shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, make-up, ect... The store was clean and the associate was nice enough. The parking lot is a little full due to other businesses on site but you can usually find a spot.

If you have ever read my reviews regarding other locations it's clear I'm not a fan of CVS in general. My gripe this time at this location is an issue with the front end. I'm well aware that they have self checkout and my eyesight is still well enough to read the sign, see the lights etc. Each & every time I see an reminded or told in a condescending way that it exists .. Ok, so the cashier who is not waiting on anyone and basically standing behind the counter is not supposed to check me out ? Or they just don't want to? When you do use them things have also changed where they plug Care Pass. When I have declined it's like they haven't even heard the word : No. The hard sell goes on & on... Perhaps they get a portion or some sort of incentive to bag me? I don't know... But trying to sell me on it holds up any line there is & clearly irritating. Then the coupon issues... I use the App because it was the only way to save the most. Each time I shop I've made sure to click on coupons for anything I'm interested in purchasing... Way before I even enter the store. And it never fails that something didn't go through even though Ive found it searching for it. Anyway, today was no exception.... Super annoying and exhausting. I'm all set for awhile...
