The coarse was both hands on and informative. The ladies were professional and shared some life experiences they have had. Over-all I enjoyed the course.

Gail is very patient and knowledgeable about CPR and First Aid. I highly recommend this course to anyone that needs this and if you don't need it for your position take it for personally knowledge. You could save a life.
