Staff is really friendly, room is decent, price for location was great. The bed... I woke up every 10 mins flipping from side to side in pain. Finally had enough at 7am.. we packed up and drove home for some sleep. It was check out day but still. I suggest investing in some mattress toppers if not new beds.

Beds were hard as rock, bathroom so small you sit under the sink to sit on toilet, bathroom door was literally falling off.Walkability: Close to everything.

The room was pretty spacious, but the bathroom was entirely too small. The toilet was facing the sink so it was a little hard to sit comfortably and the shower was very small. In fact if an movement the temperature nozzle would move. The location is amazing, but I have stayed in better rooms with balconies and/or ocean views. Close to here for only a little more money.Nearby activities: Near the center of the boardwalk. Close to the beach, several restaurants, and not far from mini golf.

. Only microwave is in the hallway across from check-in along with Toilet paper. I was glad to see a fridge in the room. No room service, staff were friendly and towels are tiny have funRooms: Room was clean, screen door fell off as soon as I moved it. But I put back on its track. No microwave or clothes hangersNearby activities: Clam shell and other entertainment is within 1/2 mile. Easy walksWalkability: Directly across from the beach, food and drinks all around.Food & drinks: Bring $$. I bought 2 coffees and 2 croissants, 26$ later.

The room was tiny and it smelled terribly like mold and gave my son an almost instant asthma attack. The bathroom was nasty with a shower so small I probably couldn't turn around in it. I left almost immediately and they refused to refund that nights stay. I would not recommend staying here!

They only get a 1 star because zero is not an option. Poor customer service. Dirty rooms. Blood on "clean" bedding. Traces of bed bugs on mattress. Owner came in room after I had checked in without me knowing. Proceeded to yell at me for checking the mattress. Food all over the floor. Below are pictures I took before I walked right out of that place.

Manny is the MAN!!! Our stay was amazing. Please ignore the negative reviews and give this hotel a chance. Location, cleanliness and service was top notch our entire stay. The highlight of Hampton beach!

If I could leave a 0 or negative #, I would.....YES BOOKER IS A GENIUS......Wifi didn't work and neither did tv.....bed hard as a rock.....room was not clean and there were bugs!!!!!! WASTED $97!!!!! Trust me, don't stay here......a dump!!!
