We only stayed one night but it was such a great deal since it’s the off season. Our room was clean and quiet. There was a great view and although the staff was busy handling a lot of things, they were very nice and helpful.

Rooms: Rooms have no phones, old and outdated, sound transmission is awful.

Rooms are a little small.
Only a small fridge. Lil coffee maker, and no microwave. Ppl getting food out could use the microwave to warm up leftovers or small meals.
The view out the side deck was very good.9
Front ocean views are more expensive and popular so not available as much.
Other perps, has baggage carts and elevators.
Valet parking is mandatory and have to pay $25 a night.
Guys we dealt with were good and fast. Night and afternoon. Mornings altho were iffy.
Had an appt for fishing boat trip, while others checking out too. Almost missed the boat which was a couple minutes down the rd. Waiting for couple ppl and being blocked in by other cars in back lot.
Had a doc appt after next day checkout to get to, was better. Car in front, ready to go.
Still, lot for not having control of your own car. And for $50 extra for parking 2 nights where most places have free parking.
Liked the breakers bar and restaurant, good ppl, liked our bartender. Enjoyed watching several games on Sunday while there.
One more issue would be no info in room about the other bar, restaurant, gym, pool. Etc. Room service, amenities for the hotel or how to get to them.
Having a dustpan /broom in rm was a plus. Ppl talk/complain about sand in all hotel places. Even if don't go in the sand or the beach. Your shoes will track it in walking around anywhere outside, so I get it.
Nice to be able to help with that in our own space. Wore crocs and fluffy indoor socks mostly, so not to track it in the bed later.
Beds, pillows were comfy.
Was clean. Only chair (comfy) had to be moved over near bed to see tv instead of sitting on bed in room.

What a great weekend during the off season! The staff was SO friendly and welcoming. Service everywhere was incredible. The bartenders were so attentive, and the restaurant staff were super quick. The hotel is LITERALLY across the street from the beach and is in walking distance to anything you might need. Shoutout to Gerry at the front desk for being so kind and funny. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

We stayed here Friday night and had a great time. Ron was very welcoming and provided great customer service. The view of the sunrise from the bed was worth the trip alone.

The whole staff was grave! Ron made us feel so welcome. He was very warm and entertaining. My four-year-old left his blanket in the car. Ron stopped what he was doing and went and got it while we ate dinner at Breakers. Which by the way had great service and food as well.

Started off the rooms were both dirty, hair and dirt in the sink and tub. Then we woke up to no hot water in both rooms. The staff was not helpful in finding us another hotel to switch to or a place to shower for the day. It was like they didn't care at all. I will never stay there again!

My daughter and I were traveling for a soccer tournament this past weekend (10.12-10.13)We chose the Ashworth based on the beautiful photos on their web site. The hotel is portrayed as an upscale luxury hotel, but in reality, it is not. We had requested an early check in for 2pm. We arrived shortly after 2, and the room was not ready for over an hour. When we did finally get into our room after they were done “cleaning it” we found hair from the last guest(s) in the sink, bathtub, and on the floor of the bathroom. The room itself was home to several flies and a nest of spiders in the sleeping area of the room. My daughter and I decided not to stay. We left within 40 min of checking in. I called the front desk to inform them that we would not be staying and the response that I received was: “Thanks for letting us know. I’ll make a note of that.” There was no offer to reclean the room, no offer to move us to another room, no offer of any sort of refund, and worst of all NO APOLOGY. We will never return to this establishment.

Very nice ocean side hotel with bar/ restaurant on site. Kevin, our bartender, was awesome. He made us comfortable from the moment we sat down.
The rooms were clean and even the "side view" was unobstructed ocean view.
We will return when we head back to New England.

If we could add more stars for the staff we would. Everyone from Ahmet, who not only helped with our vehicle, he greeted us like we were family. Such a warm smile and lovely personality. The assistant GM, Rita, who went out of her way and over the top to make our stay a memory, who also treated us like family.
I'd like to add, we observed the staff enjoying their jobs and working with each other.
Rooms: Very clean, nostalgic, Beautiful view.
Safety: We ourselves felt safe as well as our vehicle.
Walkability: Restaurants, shopping, but, the beautiful ocean is across the street.
Food and drinks: The best margarita and grateful dead cocktails.

Ok so I contacted them in advance as it was our honeymoon was told they would take care of making it special! Nope I had the most basic room with a loud ac unit as the only sound on my inner balcony not ocean view. Ocean adjacent! The bathroom had mold around fixtures, the bed was as hard as a darn rock!!! Pillows not fluffy (think cheap hospital pillows) and no glasswear only paper cups ! What the heck! And $20 to check in early. No way is this the same ashworth as years ago!! The restaurant and food was great. I will never recommend this place!

Great Job Ron for moving my Mother and myself from a side room to an oceanfront great views!
