Great company to deal with. We had one issue with our tub when we first got it and Steve came to our house to fix it the next day! We have had to have a few things tweaked and Steve has been very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend this company.

We love our Wellis Hot Tub! Steve at Oceanside is always so helpful! When we were new to the hot tub, he was very patient over the phone and with text to explain how certain aspects work. We recently developed a leak and he helped me figure out how to fix it and avoid buying a new ozone filter. Always exceptional service!

I bought a beautiful hot tub and John arranged to have it drop shipped to Wisconsin. I saved thousands of dollars. Steve helped me with my start up. Great guys that always go the extra mile.

We were referred to Oceanside Hot Tub & Spa by two different friends who purchased hot tubs from them in the past few years, and we couldn’t be happier. They are able to keep their prices lower than the competition by having a modest showroom and a small but efficient staff. Oceanside has terrific customer support both pre- and post-purchase. My initial hot tub had an uncommon manufacturing flaw. When this was eventually discovered post-delivery, Oceanside quickly arranged to have a new tub delivered at no additional cost. I have been incredibly impressed as a customer with the rapid responses to technical questions & issues; and if there is a problem, Steve will come out to diagnose and address them promptly. I have referred Oceanside to multiple friends and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Oceanside.

I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else to buy a tub. I bought a Wellis Hercules in Harley Davidson silver. Bought 4 years ago and haven’t had one single problem with it. And we still use it like crazy. Also doesn’t increase my electricity bill hardly at all.

We purchased a Wellis hot tub from John at Oceanside, and have been very happy with the product, the price and the amazing customer service. We encountered an issue with it shortly after it was up and running, and Steve came out immediately to resolve the problem. His prompt attention on New Years Eve was greatly appreciated! Its nice to have a small company that actually cares about their customers....Thanks Steve!!

We purchased our Wellis Lounger Hot Tub at the beginning of the pandemic. The tub is solidly running, highly enjoyed and the customer service we recieved from Steve was great. We are very happy with our purchase.

Steve came out after our hot tub was initially looked at by an electrician thinking there was an issue with the Wellis tub we purchased last December. Steve determined it was an electrical problem and coordinated directly with the electrician to revisit and fix the problem. The matter was resolved within days. No charge! Highly recommend this company. They absolutely take care of their customers!

Oceanside is the best! Their products are great and service is top notch! We had a small leak develop (it happens) and Steve got us on their schedule and did the job personally as promised. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The Service never ends. - My husband posted a review 3 years ago ecstatic about the way these guys stood behind a hot tub they delivered. Check it out. Now 3 years later we have to sing their praises again. The heating element gave out. It happens. Instead of charging big bucks to fix it Steve knew my hubby was pretty handy and sent him a link to the part and information on how to replace it. The bottom line - instead of a big repair bill we are back in business for peanuts.

I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option! We bought our hot tub a little over a year ago and John was great to work with. He explained everything to us and answered the many questions that we had. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. Went to use the hot tub and it wasn't working. John put me in touch with Steve. Steve responded quickly, had me send him a few pics, was able to quickly identify the issue, came out with parts to repair it and kept me informed the whole time. He explained to me what happened and how to avoid it happening again. I'd recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a hot tub. Most places care about making the sale then you are on your own if you run into any issues. That was not the case here. Thank you - we're already talking about an upgrade so you'll hear from us again soon.

Just got our new Wellis Hercules Tub in last week that we purchased from Ocean side tubs.. we had such a great experience with one of the owners. Steve worked closely with us, every step of the way. His Knowledge of Tubs is great, definitely felt so comfortable, Along with his Delivery driver Greg, who was so great with the entire delivery process.. we absolutely love our Wellis Hercules. We spent a lot of time researching tubs, but definitely so happy we went this route, can’t say enough great things about Steve, Greg and Oceanside tubs. I highly recommend them. Only thing I’d have done differently was order a tub from them a year ago, because we love it so much!Cheers
