John and his staff at Oceanside did an amazing job of guiding us through the hot tub selection process — we decided on a Wellis Hercules and couldn’t be happier. Delivery was easy and convenient, and a minor technical hiccup was quickly addressed by their amazing repairman, Joe. Communication was superb on all fronts. Highest recommendation!

Called Oceanside to get our hot tub fixed and Steve fixed the hot tub within the week. Steve is a good communicator and had our hot tub running again quickly at a low price. Highly recommend!

Honestly, before you purchase a hot tub/spa from ANY other store…talk to these guys. If you want a fancy store like Mainly Tubs and loads of overhead…go for it..BUT…I shopped spas at 4 different stores around Danvers, Wilmington, Peabody, Seabrook NH and even went to a hot tub expo before I visited this business. NONE of them even came close to the prices and customer service of this store. At least from what I could tell from the inventory they had is that everything is just priced better….period. A standard 7x7+ hot tub at any other stores was at least a couple thousand more…across the board. Honestly, the prices were so good I figured it was a scam. I went to their store and honesty it’s no frills. It’s a building on a side street with about 7 spas on display in a relatively small space. However, the store is clean and bright, the brands of spas were trusted (like Wellis) and wow, if you talk to Steve …he knows his stuff. They just focus on selling spas at the best possible price…they don’t sell accessories, they don’t push upgrades or hide costs. Like..my 11.5 x 8 Wellis spa…which cost me roughly the same as a standard spa at any other store…came with high quality cold weather covers for no extra charge and Steve even worked with me on the stairs I wanted. Don’t be fooled by the underwhelming store front..these guys are legit and trustworthy. What may be the biggest selling point beyond price is working with one of the owners I met, Steve. He has responded to every question I have had and worked with me through the sales process, delivery, the initial install…stuck with me during some issue with the electrical in my house. Owning a hot tub was totally new to me and Steve kept his word and helped us all the way.
I am not just one of Steve’s buddies writing this either. I am just a guy who wanted to buy a hot tub for my family. These guys made the experience excellent and affordable. Customer service at most places usually sucks after you purchase and most ‘deals’ come with a catch…this was the real thing and why I took the time to write this ‘passionate’ review. Honestly, if you are in the market for a hot tub/spa do yourself a favor and at least call these guys before you buy from someplace else.

A Hot Tub is a necessity, not a luxury item for wife and me. As self-admitted masochists ( hikers, bikers, skiing of all types, skaters, and not to mention, chasing and keeping up with active children and now grandchildren..) a tub is part of our wellness program. Purchased the Wellis Hercules this past December from Steve at Oceanside - the Sales process was low-key which I always appreciate; of course, reading all the five-star reviews from google ended up being the tipping point. The important attributes I was looking for in a tub were powerful pumps (two pumps in this model) and well-positioned jets, powerful heater and well-insulated (hot tubbing is a winter sport...), and yes, price was a consideration. This tub met all requirements. Initially I was skeptical the interface was too basic (model K 300) but after 3 months I do not notice any major gaps in functionality. Even the electric cost is not as high (we do live in one of the lowest kW / hr towns in NH...) as anticipated. Next winter we are planning to move the tub from the barn (unheated...) to an outside location, perhaps electric$ will increase. Highly recommend Oceanside, and the Wellis brand.

I live in Maine 100 miles away from Oceanside Hot Tubs in NH. After 2 years of daily use had a small break down on our Wellis HT. Steve at Wellis was right there to give support. We text back and forth with pics and he had a new part in the mail the next day! Never fear it is totally worth the drive to Hampton Falls NH to save Money and get the best long distance service around NewEngland. Steve and John are the real deal!

Start here before shopping elsewhere! We went to a Maine-based competitor first and found the prices to be massively inflated there. A friend told us about his great experience with Oceanside so we checked it out. A bit of a drive down to NH, not too bad. The owner is very knowledgeable and helped us find a high-quality, no-frills tub for an excellent price, about half of what the competition was charging. Follow up customer service has been great -- quick to respond and helpful. Thanks for an outstanding experience -- quality of life massively improved with our spa!

Purchased my hot tub from them a few years ago and was a friendly, easy conversation until finding the right tub. They were communicative through delivery and we are super happy with our tub(which I believe is less expensive than the bigger stores given they are not operating out of a giant fancy showroom. Just Had an issue with our heating element and they were out the next day to fix and have us back up and running. Highly recommended!

Great company to deal with. We had one issue with our tub when we first got it and Steve came to our house to fix it the next day! We have had to have a few things tweaked and Steve has been very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend this company.

We love our Wellis Hot Tub! Steve at Oceanside is always so helpful! When we were new to the hot tub, he was very patient over the phone and with text to explain how certain aspects work. We recently developed a leak and he helped me figure out how to fix it and avoid buying a new ozone filter. Always exceptional service!

We were referred to Oceanside Hot Tub & Spa by two different friends who purchased hot tubs from them in the past few years, and we couldn’t be happier. They are able to keep their prices lower than the competition by having a modest showroom and a small but efficient staff. Oceanside has terrific customer support both pre- and post-purchase. My initial hot tub had an uncommon manufacturing flaw. When this was eventually discovered post-delivery, Oceanside quickly arranged to have a new tub delivered at no additional cost. I have been incredibly impressed as a customer with the rapid responses to technical questions & issues; and if there is a problem, Steve will come out to diagnose and address them promptly. I have referred Oceanside to multiple friends and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you Oceanside.
