I would highly recommend Jackson Fireplace in Hampton, NH. From the first time walking into the store and the friendly greeting from Alison, to the detailed explanation of how my small, funky shaped fireplace would be fitted with the gas insert to their accommodating my schedule which clearly was not convenient to them. This has been the best customer service experience I have ever had. Don’t bother going to anyone else!

Ken and his team worked hard to fit our gas fireplace into our old historic house fireplace. The entire process was pleasurable. Communicative, responsive, experts. They have 24 years of experience and know how to do things right. I would recommend Jackson fireplace to anyone who desires a gas fireplace conversion or install.

did not install the vent properly didnt cut it into the siding ended up having a bee problem ,,his gas routing with the pipe was not pretty an angled mess and his wife was rude on the phone,,i took out the components and took care of the bees ..i sold the stove and junked the rest ...there is nothing u can do ..live with it

Amazing service from start to finish. Alison is the most efficient person to deal with and she scheduled our appointment and kept us informed. Dave was our technician and did a great job bringing our fire back to its original performance. I am so glad I found this company.

Very happy with my Chaska 29 Gas Fireplace. Beautiful unit that throws off great heat too! I'll be lighting it every morning with the push of a button....enjoying my morning coffee by the fireplace! Competitive price and great service. I went to two other stores and Ken and Allison were the best. Why? One store had a much higher cost, but they said that was the retail price and could be negotiated...I don't want to negotiate.... I just want the best price! Ken gave me a price that I would have had to negotiate to with the other company...if they even would go that low!. The other store I went to talked fast and seemed to offer an artifically low installation costs that didn't feel right as I know what plumbers charge for this type of work. Ken was straight up from beginning to end....great professional installation to cap off ease of purchase. Love my fireplace!

We used Jackson Fireplace to convert our wood fireplace to gas logs.Everything about our interaction with Jackson Fireplace was excellent. We walked in without an appointment and were warmly welcomed. They were attentive and informative without being overbearing and there was no pressure to buy. We had a bit of back and forth over email, while they guided us through the process of selecting the best product for our budget and aesthetic. Much of the time, Alison responded to my questions within minutes, even on a Sunday evening. When installation day came, Ken was punctual, showed respect for our home and was a pleasure to deal with.Two days later, he returned with a broken wrist and the town inspector, who found no issues with the new gas line he ran. Ken finished the job that same day, even though he had broken his wrist the day before! I highly recommend Jackson Fireplace!

We love our new Kozy Heat Roosevelt 34, and Jackson Fireplace was excellent in every regard! Alison helped us choose among many great products and managed the purchase and install with frequent, helpful emails. We have been doing our home over and wanted to have a gas fireplace. What a wonderful experience we had with Jackson Fireplace & Patio. The moment we walked into the showroom we met Alison and talk about knowing your product she certainly does. She pointed out all the different options we had and gave us price ranges for the different styles. Because of our home repairs we had to change some dates and times and they were so accommodating each time...so professional.
Dave came out and did all the work with the installation and then explained in detail and took his time on how to work the gas fireplace. He was so knowledgeable and helpful.
I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who wants to get a gas fireplace...from start to end...NOTHING BUT THE BEST!
