I ordered the (Premium) Beautiful Blue Arrangement for a family who lost their pet. I was sent a photo of the flowers when the family received them. The blooms were stunning & they all looked super fresh. Having the vase included was the perfect touch. My order was delivered with much care & on the day I asked for. It was short notice, so I am so grateful for all of the work that was put in by the staff. Thank you! I always drive by & am happy to have chosen this establishment.

Went in and ordered a corsage for my daughter's prom. Specifically asked tea roses and said I did not want big roses. I asked for Navy ribbon and greens. They were given the date and time I was going to pick up. When I arrived that day after the time we agreed on it still wasn't ready. She said she didn't have any Navy ribbon but could make me something pretty. I came back 40 but 5 minutes later and I got two large roses with purple fat fat flowers on top. It was hideous and exactly what I didn't want. I would have rather them told me to go somewhere else and that they didn't have everything to make it in stock. Then to give me something I didn't want. I asked for a refund the women said she would and it didn't happen. I called the next day and spoke to Allison and it still hasn't happened. My daughter only gets one prom. Thanks for ruining it!!

Marianne’s delivered a beautiful plant to me for my birthday and Mother’s Day. However, the ceramic container the plant was in was not my taste at all. I went into Marianne’s and she was so nice about it ! She said she wanted me to be happy and found a different, and pretty, container for me. I will be doing business there in the future. Thank you again Marianne ?
