Service was great, people so friendly with no pressure! Selection is huge but did not have the couch I wanted on the floor so took the leap from the picture and they ordered two for me. Value is amazing, I saved over 2K using Currier over another furniture store.

Joslynn, our sales person, was great. Knew her products, gave us space, and checked on us occasionally to answer our questions. Made shopping for and purchasing a positive experience.

Bought a super chair and foot rest after trying at least 15 chairs. Patient and encouraging service allowed me to make the correct choice! Highly recommend this store.

I purchased a leather sectional at Currier's two and a half years ago. We made sure at the time of purchase that this new sofa would not have bonded leather and would have all around high quality. Paying $6400, we also expected a quality piece of furniture that would last for many years. As of August 2022, there are several areas on the cushions and even arms of the sofa where the leather looks like it's rubbing off. I noted the discoloration when I went back in to the store yesterday, and from the minute I started talking I could tell Mr. Currier was on the defensive. His first words were that leather has no warranty - not that this shouldn't be happening with a quality product or that he was sorry I was unhappy. And he said we must be doing something different with the way we are using the sofa than all his other customers, which we certainly aren't. Our use of the room and the furniture is pretty standard. I certainly expected more longevity than less than 3 years out of a $6400 piece of furniture. But the overall experience, which includes the customer service from the owner himself, was really not satisfactory. I would not recommend this store or this furniture to anyone.

No pressure (not busy either - rarely looks busy), but answered questions to my satisfaction. Be aware - this is higher-end furniture (and the prices reflect that).

Currier leather is a nice place to buy a leather sofa or other leather furniture you might like. Currier has a good selection of sofas, etc. Currier will deliver your new sofa for a fee as to be expected. The delivery personnel will take great care not to scratch, tear or otherwise hurt your very expensive furniture. Inspect your new furniture carefully. In my experience, Mr. Currier will help you with a warranty claim from any manufacturer defects. In this regard don't expect anything more from Mr. Currier. Currier sells highly quality furniture. Know what your buying. Mr. Currier has a line he will not cross. Know that the sales personnel always defer to Mr. Currier inall matters of decision making. His word is final.

I was in Currier's Leather over the weekend with my mom and had an amazing shopping experience. I purchased a leather recliner and new rug. The staff was incredibly helpful and went WAY out of their way to help pair the perfect rug to my new recliner. The entire team there is wonderful, the prices are reasonable and the quality of leather is unmatched. I recommend Currier's to anyone wanting quality and awesome customer service

my parents went in a few weeks back to purchase a new set of couches. found a set, agreed to a deal (50% off) and wrote a check. My mom went back in by herself a few days later to make some changes and get a higher grade leather for the set.when she asked if she would be able to have the higher grade at the same 50% rate she was quoted for all grades, the older owner/ manager got involved.he stated that the quote and discounted rate that was agreed to and that they accepted deposit on, was "old and incorrect", and went on to blame his salesperson (a huge red flag). he then went on to offer 45% off- which, if a company can offer that much off or even 50% off- they are way overcharging.after showing him the paper, with his salespersons numbers and math on there and the advertised discount, the owner/manager grabbed it out of my mothers hands and crumpled it up.not only is this unprofessional, but it is a disgusting way to treat a woman; and i guarantee that if there was a man there - this guy would not have the guts to do that.i will say he was able to process the order cancelation quickly, which was the highpoint of the interaction.Currier's has lost my parents and the rest of our families and friends business due to their behavior.

It took me a few days to process what happened the other day but felt I needed to speak out. We came to your store to look for a sofa and love seat. We found a set that we loved and placed the order. Because the order was over $7000 and wouldn't come in for 6-8 months I decided I wanted to go back and double check on the color of the leather I picked. The original salesperson wasn't there to help but there was another very helpful person. After working with her I did decide to change the leather color. I was so happy that I made the trip back. As I was waiting for the new bill I heard the gentleman behind the desk speaking pretty loudly about the bill and having trouble with adding and math. I was the only one there so I figured that why he sounded so loud. I turned to look and he was heading to me. I was told that the lovely person who helped me before had added up my original slip incorrectly. That it was much lower than it should have been, and my new slip with a lower leather grade was higher than the original. So I asked the normal question of would they honor the original price. I was told that they would be losing money by doing that but after a few minutes of my stating the obvious "well this isn't my error" that he would. He kept speaking poorly of the original salesperson, even telling me of another error that was made by her. At this point I said that the one step lower grade should give me another $400 off the new order and he said no he wouldn't do this because he was losing money already. All he kept saying was he couldn't understand where she got her numbers from. So I went through my paperwork and pulled out the original slip. The original sale was working on a 50% discount rather than the 45% he was showing me. This is when he got really agitated and said that they hadn't had a 50% discount in a couple of years and where had this come from. And I calmly said "well this isn't our fault and you should honor this discount". He then ripped the paper out of my hand and crumbled it up in his hands. I was shocked. I immediately asked for it back and my check. I couldn't believe he tried to take away the original paperwork rather than work with me after he saw that second error. I don't know if this is a normal sales tactic they use there, a bait and switch model, but it sure seemed like it to me at that point. I hope that the original salesperson wasn't fired but I am afraid she may have been. If so I know you will find a much better and reputable place to work. Like Comment Share

My last experience with the owner was horrible. My complaint was the cushions were not stuffed enough. I have purchased 2 couches and chairs over the last 30 years wirth no problems from the same brand. Mr Currier told me I should have noticed the cushions were not as filled and requested more fill when I ordered the set. My response was I didn't know that was an option, and did not see any problem on the couch I sat on. The fact that I as the buyer was not happy made no difference. He taunted me when I bought the cushions back. I asked him when I came in not to argue with me but he just couldn't stop. Let's se how long it will take for this issue be resolved.

I haven't bought anything, yet. But I plan too. Went to Currier's with my wife. The leather furniture is beautiful and you configure what you want, which is basically custom designed by you, for you. That's not the best thing. The people are the best thing, friendly, helpful, accommodating. It was a good shopping experience, all safely social distanced and masked. My wife knows exactly what she wants but we are moving in November so she has to wait until after the move.

We had an outstanding experience at Currier. It was only our second time into the store. The sales associate Tim was there both times. He is knowledgeable, personable and downright awesome. We bought a wonderful leather sectional and I highly recommend anyone looking for superior quality and customer service to visit the Currier Furniture store in Hampton Falls NH. Please ask for Tim … you will not be disappointed.
