AWFUL SERVICE. If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased a reclining loveseat sofa and paid $129 for “white glove delivery”. When it was delivered we received irreversible damage to our stairwell wall and door frame, with huge gouges taken out all along the wall (see pics). When we reached out we were told “too bad not our problem” since we only noticed it after the two “delivery men” left. We will not be buying anymore furniture from Allen Wayside and will make sure to tell friends and family to avoid at all cost. It’s no wonder this place was empty on Labor Day weekend…don’t waste your money.

Is this place even in business? The same abandoned, broken down Jeep Cherokee with flat tires has been parked out front for years. If you are open and that is the impression you give on the outside, I'm afraid to look inside. Pass.

Great store! Prices are very reasonable and the quality is unbeatable. The gentleman who helped me out (sadly I did not catch his name) was very friendly and not pushy like you'd find at a lot of other furniture stores. Absolutely no pressure shopping.

Very happy with my experience. The salesperson was not pushy, unlike some of the other store’s employees. Including shipping the price was half of what the other stores charged. The delivery guys were professional. All around great experience, I will be shopping there in the future.
