They didn't have my prescription, didn't contact me, then didn't transfer my prescription to a pharmacy that could fill it. Also, calling on the phone line took a long time.

I have been on hold for 13 minutes then hung up on. I called back and have now been on hold for 53 minutes! I could tell that their line was ringing and they continued to place me on involuntary hold for another 15 minutes, only to be disconnected AGAIN!

They stopped compounding medicine and never told us leaving us without meds until we find another compounder. Very poor service, long lines at drive through, don't answer phones, basically the worst?
