“I brought my kitten here after he developed some kind of viral infection. I had been recommended this office by a friend. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff who answered the phone answered all my questions, and found me an appointment that same day (even though we hadn't been a patient there before). There was an issue with getting previous records from the last office we saw and the receptionist went above and beyond and called and helped get the needed forms for me. The tech that welcomed us was so kind, and even taught me how to put eye drops in (which I had never done before). She listened to everything I had to say, and made me feel like she really cared. The vet herself was very informative, and talked me through each option and test. The team came up with a medical plan for me to review before treatments and testing, so I could be comfortable with the costs. Everyone there was so kind and sweet to my shy kitten. He was very anxious going in, after having had bad experiences at a different clinic in the past, but they were so gentle and caring that by the end of his appointment he was just curiously strolling around the room, and didn't want to get back in his carrier. I would absolutely recommend.”

“Very careing the doctor spent ample time with us going over every option for pain management and explained in detail what every medication did and how it affects our dog. We went to another vet previously and the only option they gave us was sending our baby over the rainbow Bridge. Atleast gave us some hope. To a path to a better quality of life for our baby”

“I've been taking my dogs to Windham Animal Hospital for over 20 years. 10 years ago they removed a tumor from my first Jack Russell, Cyrus. A surgery that was reasonably priced and extended his life another 4 years. My 2nd Jack Russell, Bauer, was brought in a few weeks ago. The professionalism and course of treatment by Dr. Pearson and her tech Stephanie proved correct and Bauer is now back to full health. I'm pleased with their level of care, taking the time to explain everything, breaking down the costs and course of treatment and the followup that ensued to make sure Bauer was on track to a full recovery. It's important to give a special mention to the ladies up front. They were accommodating, pleasant and very thoughtful. When I initially called in they were able to get Bauer in the same day. After the treatment concluded I asked them to send over the health records and I received them promptly. I highly recommend the Windham Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking to get excellent care for their pets.”

“Our dog had to be put down due to becoming paralyzed in his back legs. We saw Kate and she was amazing. She told us all of our options and didn't make us feel bad about not having the money for surgery and agreeing with us about our babies quality of life if we were to not euthanize. She was so good at comforting us and was good with our Angel baby. If I have to bring my other dog to an emergency vet it will definitely be here and I would ask for Kate if she's available.”

“Dr Braswell and staff were so caring during a painful time. My 3yo dog and i came in overnight from what they think was a rare vaccine-mediated meningitis case. They really helped with being calm and helping me navigate the treatments my dog needed while also being aware of the finances available and making it work. Dr Braswell is so smart and fantastic at what she does that she used her best judgment to treat my dog, which is what saved his life. ? so thankful this place is nearby and available for emergencies”

“I’ve been to both the Banfield hospitals in Salem. The Tuscan Village one did not impress me each time I went so I started going to the one inside of Petsmart. This May my favorite cat in the world Became sick again with some thing he’s had in the past. They did not pressure me to do any imaging as he was almost 17 and I knew what was happening. They prescribed the same medication he was before. Unfortunately the next day he declined even more and the best move was to make him comfortable. I was with the same vet technician Brianna and the same physician Dr.Denault both days. They made me feel so comfortable. They made my baby warm and comfortable and allowed me to snuggle him in an exam room while I waited an hour for my husband to get there. They explained the process, and went above and beyond with the steps that I could take afterwards.
This cat meant the world to me and I had always planned to make him comfortable at home. So being able to have such a calming experience in a vet office meant a lot to me and deserved a good review.”

“Mistake was made on recent appointment, they took care of us right away. During cash I was cut in line by a woman dropping off a fecal sample…ok…no not a big deal. Well this woman goes off on the counter person and threw the poop at her!!!! Counter person remained calm and professional. I yelled at lady outside. I’ll go to these guys forever”
