“These guys are life savers! I recently got into my car and noticed that I had a nail in the tire. I had an important meeting to get to but had to get it fixed quickly due to the tire pressure decreasing rapidly. I called them and they told me to come immediately. They were able to plug the hole in my tire and I was on my way to my meeting within 10 minutes. Thank you Auto Doctors!!!”

“After my 18 year old daughter waited for 3 hours for AAA to finally decide they couldn’t come until the morning I called Matthew at premier towing at 1 AM. He was there in 20 minutes!!! Wasn’t an easy tow as it’s awd and wouldn’t go into neutral. Not a problem. We were home by 2:30! Cancelling AAA no need to have it any longer. “I WOULD RECOMMEND NEAB 1000%, NOT BIASED, PLEASE READ BELOW.I was involved in a car accident on 01/08/24. I owned my car, so I never had insurance. My car was towed to NEAB, i thought the police report would be in my favor but it turned out that I was at fault. Due to being uninsured I had to cover the cost of the storage at NEAB but I was in a huge financial difficulty and never had the funds to do so. One of the Saturdays I decided to visit the site and I met with the owner of NEAB named Steve, he assisted me with what I needed out of my car and I explained my situation to him. Steve was very helpful, and his advise was very insightful. He went on to the point of offering to cap my storage fee, if I had made a partial payment. The day we had agreed to pay the fee came but I was short on cash, Steve made it possible for me to get my car towed to my home by offering to reduce my fee to the lowest rate possible. You don’t see such kindness on a day to day basis. No one can imagine how beyond grateful I am. This lifted a huge financial burden. And I will forever be grateful, thank you so much and my God richly bless this business. I would recommend NEAB 10000% times, to anyone.Thank you once again.”

“Birch Street Collision, is the best. My SUV, was sideswiped. I brought my SUV in for an estimate, they did it while I waited. They made the whole process easy and quick. They even called the rental company to pick me up for my rental car. The work they did on my car was PERFECT, including a scratch, that wasn't even part of the insurance claim. I thought it would take longer but it was ready, right on time, My SUV was given back to me completely cleaned, inside and out. I would highly recommend this body shop to everyone.”

Angel arrived in approx. 30min vs the estimated system generated est. of 1.5-2hrs. Angel called upon arrival to the location to see exactly where I was, loaded the vehicle, and off we went to the shop. Very personable and good conversation all of the way there.
