Great service! Rockingham Boat was super helpful and easy to deal with when it came to getting my boat winterized and shrink wrapped. Due to the age of the boat, they called and wanted me to know what's going on and what they can do about it. They are great with communication as well as looking out for their customers and potential damage, in this case a bottom wash. Great guys over there.

Travis went FAR ABOVE above and beyond. He called and said he was waiting at the windham town boat dock and I told him my boat was stuck and he came over and assisted me with getting it unstuck so I could get it to the boat ramp. I appreciate everything more than I can put into words. Thank you Travis!!!

We bought our 2017 20’ Sweetwater in March 2023, the sales process was simple and easy. We got scheduled for delivery right away.Delivery was phenomenal, the boat came ready to go and we drove it all season without an issue. Travis came to pick up the boat today and got it pulled out of the water in no time.The customer service is phenomenal and the staff is great to work with. Highly recommend them! We Went to Rockingham Boat in NH from Maine for a hard-to-find boat and had such a great experience we will be recommending them to family and friends all over New England! Their whole team from management (Steve) to sales (Christian) to office/finance (Erica), to service and delivery were pleasant to deal with, responsive and knowledgeable. They provided top-rate customer service at all stages of our transaction- shopping, dealing, financing, prep, and delivery. We traded a boat in a got a good value on that as well as a good price on the purchase. Their retail store was well stocked and helped make sure we had all we needed to transport, use, and dock our boat. Very happy customers- thank you!

Service sucks. Brought boat I bought there back for tune up 6 weeks before Memorial Day so I would have it for that weekend. After 4 weeks I call, "We are just getting to it". Still hear nothing so I call Tues before weekend. Again "just a boat or 2 before yours". Should get by weekend. Thurs I call and say I'm taking it done or not Friday. Got call back "we are just getting to it". Friday I call at 4 and say we will be picking it up. This time "you are next" Picked it up at 5 and Willy was still saying I was next. Hahaha ya sure. If you buy a boat and do not store it with them you are last to get service. Service also just about never answers the phone or return a voice mail

In 2014 we bought a boat from Steve and were so pleased with the customer experience that we ordered another when we were at the Boston Boat show this year (2022). The factory promised delivery by the end of June but with staffing/supply chain problems we had not received it by the 2nd week of August. I complained loudly and Rockingham boat said they wanted to make us 100% satisfied. Arrangements for a loaner were made even though the inventory is extremely low, and the promptness, loaner boat, and thoroughness of the delivery (nearly an hour away) was SECOND TO NONE! I cannot tell you how much I recommend this company. Do not hesitate to contact them.

Took my jet ski in to winterize very late but was very accommodating. Price was double what I think it should have been. Should have been a little more forward with asking why the price was so high for less than an hours worth of work. Price per hour $125. Price to winterize jet ski over $200. ??? Hmmm
