5 Hazel Dr, HampsteadI brought my kitten here after he developed some kind of viral infection. I had been recommended this office by a friend. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff who answered the phone answered all my questions, and found me an appointment that same day (even though we hadn't been a patient there before). There was an issue with getting previous records from the last office we saw and the receptionist went above and beyond and called and helped get the needed forms for me. The tech that welcomed us was so kind, and even taught me how to put eye drops in (which I had never done before). She listened to everything I had to say, and made me feel like she really cared. The vet herself was very informative, and talked me through each option and test. The team came up with a medical plan for me to review before treatments and testing, so I could be comfortable with the costs. Everyone there was so kind and sweet to my shy kitten. He was very anxious going in, after having had bad experiences at a different clinic in the past, but they were so gentle and caring that by the end of his appointment he was just curiously strolling around the room, and didn't want to get back in his carrier. I would absolutely recommend.
