I brought my kitten here after he developed some kind of viral infection. I had been recommended this office by a friend. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff who answered the phone answered all my questions, and found me an appointment that same day (even though we hadn't been a patient there before). There was an issue with getting previous records from the last office we saw and the receptionist went above and beyond and called and helped get the needed forms for me. The tech that welcomed us was so kind, and even taught me how to put eye drops in (which I had never done before). She listened to everything I had to say, and made me feel like she really cared. The vet herself was very informative, and talked me through each option and test. The team came up with a medical plan for me to review before treatments and testing, so I could be comfortable with the costs. Everyone there was so kind and sweet to my shy kitten. He was very anxious going in, after having had bad experiences at a different clinic in the past, but they were so gentle and caring that by the end of his appointment he was just curiously strolling around the room, and didn't want to get back in his carrier. I would absolutely recommend.

Love Dr. Senechal. Been going here for about 4 years now and everyone is super sweet. Their cat flea med is the same brand but even cheaper than chewy. They are a little on the pricy side but the level of care I get and weekend availability is what I need. When riverside wanted to put my cat down, hampstead wanted to save her.

My pets are most important to me and I trust they get the best care from the doctors at Hampstead Animal Hospital. They follow up on my pets when sick and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming.

We love HAH. Roxy is usually very stand off-ish and does not allow exams and Dr Spencer was able to do a extensive exam as she worked with her and was very gentle.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating in every aspect. Hampstead Animal Hospital helped my fearful pup with her scratching sensitivities until we can see a vet dermatologist. They have side doors to their exam rooms for pups like mine that were too stressed and scared to go through the lobby. They got on the floor with her and gave her all the time she needed to feel confident and secure during every appointment. She now walks through the front door with her wiggle butt happy tail wagging. Can’t recommend Hamstead Animal Hospital and the staff enough.
