Very kind staff and vets, Doctor Emily spayed my bunny and she is doing great and her incision looks great! My family was very nervous but when we talked to Emily we immediately calmed down. Thank you for taking great care of Kara!

I love my vets at this hospital. They care deeply for my animals and always treat them well. They’re quick to help and offer sick appointments that you don’t need to wait weeks for. They also won’t hesitate to let me know when my pet needs specialty or emergency attention. They’re excellent for a general practice vet and I will always recommend them.

2.5 StarsMy significant has always taken his dog here and they have been great. So when we got a cat, I said I'd take over those responsibilities. This is where the stars drop.Bean came from an adoption center where cats freely roamed. Her first meet and greet appointment she also had a cold which included running eyes, sneezing, and scabs on her face. Maybe stress from a change of scenery. Treated it, all is good. The scabs did not go away and we didn't have any treatment for those, so I put regular antibiotic ointment on it. But when some would go away, new areas would pop up. I've had many animals, this is totally ringworm. But being a nurse myself and not wanting to imply a diagnosis, brought Bean to be looked at again by pros. She was given a prednisone shot and I brought her home. An allergy was suggested but the lesions "could be anything". That vet was really nice but I got home feeling a bit defeated looking at my kitty and the bald spots around her ear.The straw that broke the camel's back was my third visit. By this point, I had gotten ringworm on my leg. I included that information to both the receptionist and the tech. Without even looking at Beanie, who was in a mesh carrier, the vet declared it a food allergy. Offered to sell me hypoallergenic food. Suggested taking her off certain foods for weeks to pinpoint where the allergy was coming from. I feed her the same food her foster mom and the shelter was feeding her, not like the vet asked. I interjeted in this allergy hypothesis and stated that I got ringworm, which she seemed surprised to hear, despite telling a couple people already. Finally that was enough to look at my cat. Still looking at the scabs saying it looks like an allergy but "we'll test it just in case". Over a month later (they said it would be slow for results so that's fine) I got the phonecall that- surprise. It's been ringworm this whole time. It's been four months and it has finally gone away and her fur has grown back thanks to OTC treatments. But after the confirmed diagnosis a couple weeks ago I never received the followup call regarding treatment options.Either way, three visits, nearly a grand later. Whatever, I'll pay anything for my cat's wellbeing. But months of getting nowhere while she remained uncomfortable for something so common and treatable is bananas to me.I am glad that this place gets good reviews, that others had good experiences and my dog will be staying. But nursing 101- do an assessment and rule out the basics first. Why would a diet change the first line of defense? Is there a commission on the food or something? But most of all- if a cat comes in with small lesions and you don't even look at the cat? What even is that?

I searched a long time for a new vet after moving and I am so happy to have found these guys. Despite the terrible reviews here (check out the "not recommended" reviews) everyone I have met here has been amazing to me and my 7 cats and 1 dog. Dr Emily is awesome and I love bringing my animals to her. She is understanding and empathetic. She is very easy to communicate with and you can tell that she works so hard for her clients. Dr Paula is an extremely thorough vet, she caught some allergy problems that other vets might not have noticed and explained them to me in a very detailed way. She loves to educate! Dr Josh is also excellent. He is very good at listening to concerns and going above and beyond to answer any questions. He is a lot of fun to speak with! The vet techs Dan, Laura, Sarah, and Maura are so amazing. They have tried so hard to keep my nervous and aggressive animals comfortable while here. They do everything to make sure my animals can be taken care of. I just recently met Mark, Amanda, and Laurie and they were so lovely to speak with! Jess, Janet, and Robin have been so monumental in keeping me up to date and getting my pets their care. They are the first and last people you speak with and I don't think there is a better way to wrap up your experience. Everyone has been there for me through every wellness check up and limping pet, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They make every effort to get your pet in for an appointment even if you have an unexpected, last-minute concern.

We have been going here for 25+ years with our last 3 dogs. We recently had to have our dog put down. It was an hour and a half horror show. It started with the vet coming in and saying this was her first time doing this procedure. We should have left then. The initial injection to put the dog to sleep wasn't taking and she said another one would be. Then she couldn't find a vein to give the final injection. After moving our dog from the floor to a table and three more attempts to find a vein it was finally over. And it only cost 122 dollars!

Least professional and most botched euthanasia I have ever heard of or experienced. First, the vet did her best to persuade us not to put our dog down that day which, as the nearly 90 minute ordeal wore on, was clearly because she had never done it before nor did she want to. In between reviewing ways to keep the dog alive, she kept inserting "but I'm not judging you" when clearly she was. Once we convinced the vet this was a decision we had no come to lightly, she proceeded to leave the room and yell "the dog had diarrhea everywhere" to some staff on the other side. The first shot took forever to work and clearly didn't put our poor pup completely out. When the vet returned, she told us "I've never done this before" and could barely read the form that said whether we wanted a cremation. She then proceeded to fail to put an IV in 4x before asking us to move our moderately sedated large shepherd onto the table (causing our dog to become more agitated) where she tried 3 more times until she finally succeeded in finding a vein. In the midst of this she was angrily commanding the vet tech (who was very kind) to do things like it was his fault this was going so poorly. ONLY when the last shot was administered did she show any compassion for our pup and actually touched our dog in what I thought was going to be a loving manner. And then she proceeded to poke our now deceased dog in the eye to make sure she was truly no longer alive. Not a confirmation of a heartbeat or anything - but a poke in a deceased animal's eye looking for a reaction. It was horrible and traumatic and I will never ever take another animal or recommend this place to any pet owner who truly cares about their animal again. After all of that, they didn't even give us an itemized bill and charged us what we're assuming was the full amount and probably for all the extra IVs that she had to throw out. The vet never told us her name because she was in such a rush to convince us to not move forward with the euthanasia, but she had no bedside manner and poor professionalism. I know with Covid and general issues with staffing that Vets have taken a beating these past so I have been giving all staff a pass, but this was unforgivable. I wish I could give negative stars.

At each appointment I'd have to wait outside until called in because of covid. I understand that but when I'm called to come in I usually have to wait another half hour. The vet wonders why my dog is restless. Trying to get prescriptions was a pain. I'd submit order through their site and then nothing happens.
