“My car was hit in a parking lot and sustained passenger door and quarter panel damage on 9/26. The other person's insurance recommended a local shop for the estimate. Their earliest date was 10/5 with earliest repair date of 10/23. Having used B & J in the past, I gave them a call for help. Chuck provided an estimate on 9/29. B & J worked with the insurance company because I mentioned they weren't on the list of recommended vendors.Car was brought in on 10/9 and completed by 10/19. Davina handled all paperwork and rental car pickup/drop off. I couldn't be happier with the finished result. The interior and exterior were clean and paint blended nicely. “Nothing but great experiences here!! I drive a beater that I've had since high school, and I've ran into a few issues since my car is essentially an old, beat-up tank. My dad is a mechanic, and he usually helped working on my car - but I've since moved up here and I've been hesitant on going to a shop because I'm worried I'd be taken advantage of. Pricing is affordable and they're completely transparent. When replacing my muffler, they noticed a hole in my catalytic converter that they patched for free. I had a broken mirror; and although their bodywork was completely booked they managed to order a new mirror and install it within a few days. They know what they're doing, and everyone I've spoken to here is friendly, honest, and will do the job right. I'll continue to be a repeat customer, and they're the only shop I'll trust with my loved and old little Corolla.”

“Phil went above and beyond on my 2013 F150! I brought it in to have rusted rocker panels fixed to pass inspection.First he invited me to stop by so he could check it out. Phil took a look, said no problem, gave me a quote and squeezed me into his schedule. He had the repairs done early and on budget…but I was so pleasantly surprised to find my truck detailed inside and out and additional small rust areas were fixed as well which were not in the quote. The truck literally looks better than new (and it passed inspection after these repairs).From the first phone call to picking up my truck, this was a professional and courteous experience. They just repaired my Audi after I was rear ended & I also had them fix all the paint chips on the front of the car at the same time. They are second to none.
