I paid for postage on a package online for two packages. Dropped them off at the post office. One package was scanned correctly and is on its way to the correct destination, the second one was scanned as "delivered to Greenville, individual picked up at post office" This package was supposed to be delivered to BERLIN, NH. Not even sure where the hell the package is, but now I have to wait until Tuesday to go there. This isn't the first time I have had to deal with ignorance at this post office.

Called to complain about postal clerk (Beth) aggressive unprofessional behavior toward my children while delivering a package to my home. Was lucky to get her on the phone today. When I questioned her about her behavior, she completely lied about what happen. I was on video chat with other child when she came to my door so I witnessed it first hand from work. Got absolutely nowhere with her and she would not give me her supervisor name after asking for it several times, said she could not provide that info as she was not allowed to tell me. She offered to take my email and send him a message to call me. She also said that if I made a formal complaint that it would only end up on her desk, so pretty much a waste of time. The whole conversation she kept turning it on me, my mailbox is in the wrong place etc..Ive lived in my house for 17 years but now its in the wrong spot? The icing on the cake was when the called ended because she hung up on me. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE behavior. I can not believe that this person works with the public and seems to think that she is untouchable and above fault

They always bend packages that specifically state "do not bend"! Espcially frusting when the mail is something homemade and it gets ruined. Please pay attention to this simple request!

I was just there 5 minutes ago and one of the delivery woman was being vary rude to the gentleman in front of me in line.then when it was my turn the lady at the desk who I was talking to was trying to explain to me that I need an ID to pick up a package .then the delivery woman pipped up and started being rude to me .interrupting me even though no one was talking to her .I hope this review reaches the management because iv never complained about anyone at any business,and hope something is done about the attitude given to me a 10 am after driving all the way up from Massachusetts to pick up a package they failed to deliver we after 4 days

Its unfortunate that they are only open till 5 weekdays. I work most of the day and can only get my mail once a week. They should have a system to let people with p.o boxs enter the 1st section anytime to get mail.
