Awful service. Went in to buy a safe 3/24, was told to wait 5 minutes by the woman working. Waiting 20 +minutes and found the same woman standing up front. She made a gesture like oh I forgot. Then yelled across the store for another woman to help us. The second employee stopped mid walk and proceeded to help other people buy baby chicks. After another 10 minutes of her laughing and joking with customers we left. Looks like we’ll be going to the trading post for our $1000 purchase instead.

Love this place. Baby chicks? Absolutely adorable. The stationary is also unmatched. Looking forward to stocking up on my spring supplies. ????

Tractor Supply has many things that are hard to find elsewhere, such as fireplace equipment, baby chicks, lighter fluid, etc.

Terrible customer service from the overweight woman with blonde hair. She wouldn’t answer what the return policy was. I asked about the product and why I was asking. Her response, still not telling me the policy, the crap is from China. What do you want from me? I said you can answer my original question. She finally did. I asked her if that was really that hard and did she need to be so rude? Her response “I am rude sometimes” I told her I was going to report her. Her response “ good, go ahead, nothing is going to happen” I did report her. Nothing happened. Mind you, she was yelling the ending across the store while other customers were present. yes
