I leased a new Atlas from them. I love VW's and had a great experience with my Tiguan through Quirk prior to leasing the Atlas through Seacoast. I had the car for less than 24 hours and got an alert on it that something was wrong with the brake line. I brought it in to the service department and was told they needed to order a part and should be done in two days. Two days go by and they need another day and then another day. Finally I get a call that they backed into my brand new vehicle while it was in the shop and now it needs to go to the body shop to be repaired. My brand new vehicle that I had for 24 hours was now damaged and it took them close to three weeks to get back to me. They also returned the vehicle to me with almost no gas in it when I had brought it with a full tank. Fast forward six months and I get another alert that something is wrong with the brakes. I bring it in and am told again they need to order a part and it would be done in two days. I am given their ridiculous shuttle vehicle to drive as a loaner. Fast forward two days and the car hasn't been touched and they need to order another part and can't tell me when it will be ready. Long story short, the most horrible experience I have ever had with a service department. Avoid them if you can!

Total disregard for customers. I called the day before to confirm my 8am appt due to an incoming storm. They confirmed it. Got up at 7am to shovel myself out and clear my car, got there at 7:50am only to be told by the plow guy that they are going to open at 8:30. I was beyond livid that I made my way there... when I mentioned it to the front desk the guy was like well we were told at 6:45am that they were changing their opening.AKA we dont give a crap about the customer we scheduled at 8am. PATHETIC. No apology just brushed me off.Go to another dEalership. ive bought a few vw from here and that just turned me off from ever doing business here again

I was working with a salesman for the purchase of a new vehicle and came on an agreement for sale. Living three hours away, I planned the trip, took care of the paperwork I needed to have on hand, and traveled up on a Sunday to meet on Monday. We spoke Monday morning with a time frame because of snow and an hour before I was to head over, he called to tell me that they sold the car to someone else. He never called me to tell me until after the sale. NO call asking to secure my sale with a deposit, NO consideration! I've taken two days of time and money out for nothing. What a horrible thing to do on so many levels. I'm just disgusted! They are the people who give car sales people their immoral reputation! Just plain horrible! They don't deserve a singable star.

TERRIBLE. Do not come here. Came a couple weeks ago for state inspection, was told there is 1000$ worth of parts needed to be changed including the back spring which led to the inspection failure. When paperwork was printed the mechanic left a vague overview of what needed to be fixed. Went to a pep-boys and got cleared within 45 minutes. Specifically went through the car in the parts this VW mechanic emphasized. 2 different mechanics ensured that NOTHING is wrong with my car. Do not come here, only if you want some dealership scamming you.

The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly ... we received a very good price on our trade-in and purchased a new vehicle at Seacoast VW (September 2022). Everyone from the General Manager - Joel Ginsburg - to our sales representative Alan made us feel valued as a client. Highly recommend this dealership to those seeking a vehicle in greater Seacoast NH/ME/MA.

I have used them for purchasing new and servicing our 2018 VW Tiguan every 10k miles now with 114k miles . They have been clear in communication and upfront on pricing. I also had two unscheduled repairs they did a great job addressing (lost key and leaky sunroof at 4 months old). They might not be cheapest however good experience for us.

Only giving one star because zero stars isn't an option. My friend brought her car in on July 15th for brake work, a new wheel bearing on the right rear and an oil change. A technician named joe worked on her car. We were there for 4 hours everything was fine total cost came out to $1400. Drove 2 hours home everything was fine until the next morning, we were leaving for vacation and we started to smell something burning, to her knowledge assumed it was a seized caliper, she was correct. Called seacoast they told us to drive it there on a SEIZED CALIPER knowing we were 2 hours away. Drove it back to seacoast car was diagnosed, the passenger rear caliper was seized. They couldn't get the part until the following Tuesday and it was gonna cost $300. My friend had no choice but to say okay. They put her in a loaner for the week, she got notified on Wednesday 7/20 that her car was ready. She went to pick up her car on Friday 7/22 paid over $500 for the part and labor. She realized the noted mileage on the service paperwork was the mileage she arrived with for service on the 15th not the mileage she arrived with on the 16th, she also noticed the volume knob on her radio was turned. (She ONLY ever uses the volume control on her steering wheel). Later that evening she drove to the store and started to smell the same burning smell. Now her rear driver side wheel is over heating and smells. We called seacoast this morning 7/23 demanding an explanation as this is the SECOND time a caliper has seized the day of or after service, spoke to Casey who had nothing of value to say, rude and very unprofessional. Who doesn't replace calipers in pairs on a 2014!? Only thing he offered her was a check to cover the cost of a new caliper. Seacoast Volkswagen has gone down hill since Chris left. Please do not bring your car here. You'd be better off at a ma and pa's shop. Completely and utterly disgusting with their approach on this situation. AVOID.

I would never recommend this Volkswagen dealership to my worst enemy. Came in with a 2014 Passat looking to trade in for a newer Jetta. I had a cosigner with good credit so financing should not have been an issue. One brief look at my Passat and they offered me $4000 for it when I had literally been offered 6K at another dealership 24 hours prior. Unfortunately that dealership did not have a Jetta so I was thinking a Volkswagen dealership would be a better option. Not sure how I got a better offer somewhere else however these clowns must be losing their mind if they think they will get my car for 4K. Financing "woman "came over to me and just smiled as if she was glad she lowballed me. Complete idiot I don't know her name but she looks like a man. Head down the road to AutoFair Nissan where they actually sit down with you and take the time to figure out options and a plan to get you on the road in a new vehicle. Nobody took the time to figure something out with me and it was very disappointing however I will just take my business down the road with people who actually give a F

The dealership has a great group of employees who all want to help you through the process. They are doing the best that they can with the limited inventory as a result of the chip shortage. The GM, Joel was very helpful and made sure that the process was moving forward and that we were completely satisfied. He made sure to answer any additional questions that the sales team might have been unsure of the answer. Sadly for us the specific vehicle that we wanted was not available here or for that matter anywhere in the northeast. We didn't close out a transaction but we were certainly come here if we wanted a VW. THANKS EVERYONE!

First part is about a $#!tbag Dealership in Mass. This is where we bought my beloved 2016 VW CC TSI. Big boo boo! I brought it back too many times. The dummy lights appeared incessantly. They had my VW more than I had use of it. I had to use their overused rentals. Nightmare!!! I decided that they lied too many times & didn't keep their promises of tire deal, my oil splatter guard somehow disappeared?? They accused me of dinging a car up. I don't think so. A walk around was NEVER done & they still put it on me. Time to move on. The Sale was done & they were done with ANY OR whatever they consider customer service. This brought me to SEACOAST VW IN GREENLAND NH. I met multiple great people in service. Alberto remains. I trust him. He assists in all. He tells me what is needed. They also forward a short review & record whats been done to your vehicle. Very awesome!! As anyone knows I'm sure you've all dealt with some skeezy sleazy Dealership Salesmen. Nightmare!! Again!! I DO trust SEACOAST VW. Alberto is super cool & takes any time necessary to talk about what's up & what's next. He is super!! I trust him. They have a newer staff that replaced Chris & Susan. Both very sweet people. A loss. In the end I now have Alberto. He is my go to guy. Alberto is a triple threat & = PLUS PLUS PLUS at SEACOAST VW. They are fortunate to have a great employee as him!! I hope he maintains. It would be a major loss if Berto was to move on for any reason. He's easy on the eyes too!! Thanks Alberto & SEACOAST VW for the faith I've been able to put into your Dealership. I truly believe this % of trust is given to Berto & how he deals with customers. IN the end of my review I trust SEACOAST VW. The dude that did my oil change came out & said "all set, looking good"! Nice! I unfortunately didn't catch his name.

I want to put a big shout out to Seacoast VW for helping us buy our 2016 Toyota Sienna for Florida! The staff there was friendly, helpful & professional!! They all workwd wonderfully as a team!! Our salesman John was great! He worked w/ Don & Nancy to take in our motorcycle & Rav 4 as trade ins!! Mike was the sales manager that sealed the deal!!! Oh....and might I add, the car was clean when we first went to test drive it!!! Thank you Seacoast VW.

Just leased a 2021 Atlas from this dealership and - honestly - the transaction could not possibly have gone any smoother. All the way from having my broken trade-in towed up there (their suggestion), then they gave me a really good valuation on it. The test drive process was smooth, easy, pressure free, as well as the entire financing process. I showed up for delivery and the car was detailed perfectly and Alan spent time with me setting up Carplay and Bluetooth. Very easy, start-to-finish. I'll be buying more cars from them in the future

If you want to be lied to and screwed over by the slimiest car dealership in the county, this is the place to come!!! Their price on a lease for a Jetta is about $125 more than the other local dealers and they prey on unsophisticated single moms that are just trying to get by. Or at least that's what they told a poor woman that just left there bawling her eyes out cause they lied and bamboozled her. They are truly the scummiest of the scumbags. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

These guys are the absolute worst - do not go here. The service advisors are sickly polite, but complete liars. At my last scheduled factory service with them, the tech 1) did not check the brakes (and a few months later huge safety /close to accident issue); 2) missed expired inspection sticker; and 3) lied / documented that replaced spark plugs - left the old/orig ones in! When confronted, GM Joel denied denied denied - incredibly rude and unprofessional. I wish zero stars was an option. People mistakenly think that since in mellow NH, a good group - that's their goal - so wrong!

Fantastic buying experience. Just picked up a 2020 Tiguan. Allan worked the MA registration, gave us a meticulous overview of the vehicle. My wife and I felt safe in this dealership, given the COVID environment we're in now. We'll buy our next car here.
