We needed to find a new groomer, with this being local we wanted to give it a chance. We've taken our dog to Pawsitive Grooming about 4x's now. Jenn is very friendly, and accommodates an early drop-off and alternative Saturday hours which is really helpful for working families. Our first visit was a little over an hour and came home smelling clean and fresh, not alot of lose hair, only complaint was her nails still seemed long as very noisy on our hardwood floor.The next couple visits she was ready in less than an hour, and her nails were still not as short as we'd been accustomed to. This last time my husband took her, when he brought her home she still smelled and didn't seem very clean. Definitely the fault of my husband for not taking her back to question the smell.Unfortunately for the cost, not worth spending the money.

We’ve brought our dog there three times to be groomed and have his nails clipped. He’s short haired. He never really seemed to either smell or feel that clean and was always ready in 45 minutes which seemed oddly short. The last time especially we noticed that not oniy did he not seem clean but his nails were still making noise across the floor. Yesterday we brought him to a new place and now I know he wasn’t being groomed properly. He looks, feels and smells great from the new groomer visit! His nails are great!

Jenn is wonderful!!! I have a very anxious young dog and has been groomed by Jenn for a year. When Kiah went there this week for grooming, she did the “happy dance” when she saw her!! She does a flawless job and I have another older dog who was very comfortable the first time he went in there. She always works with her schedule and treats the dogs so well.

Have been going to Jen at Pawsitive Grooming for about 4 years with my 2 Goldens. The Salon is clean. She often has her own small dogs there with her. Jen is very skilled as a groomer. She sometimes has another groomer there to help but not always. My dogs were always happy after their grooming. I recently changed groomers as I found Jen to be somewhat inflexible and overbearing when COVID arrived. When she started work up again she accepted cash only when other places of businesses including groomers took credit cards or checks. Stuck with it as it was COVID but then I checked and found that each grooming in the past had been a different price. The lack of transparency re: her price setting was a turn off. And, she continued to demand cash only saying she no longer had a card reader. New groomer charges $20 less for both dogs, takes credit cards and goes out of their way to be flexible. Their prices are clear on the website and there is no wobbling at the time of payment. Gorgeous dogs after the grooming as before.

Jenn is the best. Very professional and my pup Gypsy loves going there to get clipped. So happy we found Jenn so caring/loving and Gypsy always looks great. I don’t trust just leaving my dogs anywhere, but I feel safe leaving my pup with Jenn. Gypsy always is so happy when I pick her up.

We sent our two golden doodles here. They smell and look amazing!! One of our dogs gets very stressed and she came home so happy! HIGHLY recommend!

omgoodness!! My boys Chip and Spade had their spa day today and came home not only smelling and looking great but they were happy and not stressed. My boys are my babies and to know that they were well taking care of for their day away means so much! And they look and feel awesome! I called a week ago and left a message and I never heard back . The reason for my call was because my current groomer keeps cancelling and or rescheduling. I don't understand how these people run successful businesses when they decide to show up or call back when they feel like it. Very disappointed.

Jen is the BEST! I love that her shop is completely open....no back room grooming here! And, let me add, immaculate! Jen listens and always does what the owner asks for, unless, of course, the request isn't benefiting the pup. She will always call the owner with any changes needing to be made. I appreciate her professionalism, compassion for the dogs, and her wonderful spirit and personality.
