I don’t recommend them for service. Brought my MB in for a routine oil change. After the oil change, before even leaving their garage I noticed my Command display “main display and radio” was not on. I tried to turn it on and nothing. Brought it to the attention of the service rep. He said it was not working when I brought it in. It was working fine. He said the service tech told him it was not working when he got in because the backup camera was not working. When he hit the power on button it worked and the radio was blaring. I know the radio was set to low right before I pulled into their shop. My car does not have a backup camera. After complaining to the service manager, they then told me the modules could be bad and need replacing. After stating it was working fine before the oil change, talked with the service tech relooking at the car and said it’s now working after looking at the fuse. I asked was the fuse burned out, he said no just needed to be pulled and put back in and it started working. They wanted me to buy new electronic modules that all of a sudden started to work again. Scammers and not a trustworthy shop, please beware. They are not an accredited BBB business in NH. That should be a warning sign.

Both Randy Wheeler and Jennifer Sprague were great! First, Randy matched me with the right car and his sales presence was thorough and informative. Customer service was good overall while at the dealership. Once I left the lot with my truck, i was lucky to get a response after 3 days. They had the truck detailed before letting me pick it, great or I thought. After seeing the truck in the sun a few times you can see the swirls in my clear coat and it looks god awful. Another thing is the truck had tint already installed in the back, but the detail guys decided they wanted to scratch that too. Talk to the guy that had sold me the truck about getting the spare key (whether they had it or the former owner did) and haven’t heard anything back, not the end of the world but would be nice to have.

What an incredible experience buying my CPO GLB from MB of Portsmouth. The entire staff was extremely attentive when helping me decide which vehicle to pursue. Randy Wheeler was my sales associate and he went above and beyond. He was extremely thorough and tedious when narrowing down my vehicle choices. Whenever I had a question, he had an immediate answer.
