We visited Lowe's in Greenland tonight and needed assistance in the bathroom sinks department. We heard on the intercom a call for some one to help us several times. 15-20 minutes passed and no one came. Customer service is horrible there. As a result we did not purchase the sink and will go to HomeDepot where they're much more helpful. We left empty handed and will not return.

Tonight my grandmother and I went into the store looking for some items. We asked the first employee and he was honest and said he didn't know so he brought us to someone more "knowledgeable" he just laughed at us and told us where to find the stuff. He didn't walk with us to help us out or anything. We went to the front desk and spoke to the manager Rob he was so nice and hooked us up with Mike. Mike helped us find everything we were looking for and was super friendly. We were about to leave the store and go to some other store. I can't say enough nice stuff about rob and Mike they are fabulous

time because Lowe’s has done nothing we got charged all the back interest when it was supposed to be 0%. I cannot advise anyone enough to never use Lowe’s to install anything because there is NO RECOURSE. My deck failed inspection for TWO years and no one at Lowe’s cares. My husband calls every week for TWO years and has to explain this entire thing to someone new every time. It may be a first world problem but it is still a problem when have paid so much money for something and been scammed, mistreated, lied to and blown off. We used Lowe’s because we thought it would cover us having a company like them involved and because they told us they could get it done faster than the other companies that quoted us - this was not true. We are middle class people just looking to provide a safe area for our family to be outside near our pool.

This could easily be a 4 star review. I try to buy local, but when local businesses don't treat me right, I go with my wallet. I've had several very positive experiences at this particular Lowe's (Greenland) recently, all but undone one guy today. First, Lowe's, hire some cashiers. I don't work for you. I don't want to. If I change my mind, I'll fill out an application. You're making bank and there is ZERO reason you can't staff some cashiers. The one "helper" who stands there for the inevitable issues that arise when the customer has to do their own checkout was an absolute douche. He was an older guy, too. He chastised me for not writing down the item number of the concrete blocks I was buying ("Or even better, take a picture."). I responded that I was old enough to remember when stores had cashiers, so it hadn't occurred to me to do so. He came back with, "there ARE cashiers [there was ONE at the pro desk], but it can be difficult for something like this when we're busy [they weren't]." Now, in what universe is it okay to harass customers because you're company is too cheap to staff checkout with cashiers? In what universe is it okay to blame the customer for your lousy checkout policy? This is nuts. You should be ashamed of yourselves for creating this situation, and it's positively shameful that your employee can treat a paying customer that way without repercussion. Read the reviews, here -- I'm not alone. It's about high time some of you companies start paying attention to customer feedback.

We had windows installed in our home a couple of years ago. Lowes salesperson came to our house and sold us on installing 5 windows. He said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to install. After 8 weeks I went to the store to see what was happening. Was told they would be installed by Southers Construction shortly. After another 4 weeks Southers sun contracted to a man who showed up by himself did a job I was not happy with. I went to Lowes 4 times to complain and each time a got a different manager from another department and was told they would contact regional person in NY state. I got one call from a woman in customer service and was told they would try to help me. Two weeks later I called again and was told she had left the company. Never had anyone from corporate call! I will never do business again as they do not do the work themselves and do any follow up to complaints.

Lowes - Greenland, NH. We recently purchased two (2) sets of washers and dryers (Maytag) from this store. When delivered, one dryer was dented and didn't turn on. The other dryer did not dry the clothes. Ten (10) days after receiving, we returned to the store to pick better W/Ds in exchange. The employee was slow to respond and went to get a manager. When he returned, I asked about the time delays and asked what was the issue. He said they don't take returns after 48 hours of delivery. This was never told to us when buying the machines that were delivered 1.5 weeks after buying. While my surprise and frustration came out, the store clerk then moved towards me (within 1.5 feet) and said "you don't have to get 'hissy'." I told him to step back and immediately asked for a manager. When the store assistant manager appeared, I asked to go to an area where other customers were not in the way. The manager listened to the explanation, and initially said he would take back the non-working dryer, but eventually agreed to take back both dryers, but not the washers. I said they were bought as sets. He restated the policy, which is posted at the Returns counter that they only take appliances back within 48 hours. (However, if we had bought with a Lowes CC, we would have a 30 day return policy.) I also explained that I had not needed to do laundry within the 48 hours period so the time table is unreasonable and I couldn't know the issues. I offered to take store credit (approximately $2,200) to apply to different machines. After an approx. 45+ minute ordeal, the dryers are being returned, the washers were not accepted back. We will buy different brand dryers from another company that will not match the washers. (I have little confidence that the washers will last very long. They are weak now and have already tore a hole in a sheet.) The store appears way under staffed, as a customer who followed us waited for the appliances clerk and had an issue with him and also came looking for the manager. Points of story - 1. The staff are poorly trained and should tell customers the policies when selling the item, especially high dollar items. 2. Different items in the store have different return policies (e.g. plants - 1 year, hammers - 30 days, appliances - 48 hours); 3. The store and manager are not given authority (per the asst. manager) to change policy, despite doing so for one of the dryers. Lowes is a big box store with poor help and does not care about customers and its service. While you may think appliances are appliances and the price is better at Lowes, I recommend finding a store that has staff who know about the machines and stand behind their sales. I will not return to Lowes!

We will never shop here again. Bought a washing machine, hose, paid cash for that and installation and removal. On the delivery day I arranged for my son to be picked up at Logan Airport by someone else so I could be home. Delivery truck arrived with no hose, the driver and store manager we called had angry words, and the new machine was driven away, old one not removed, no future delivery date set. Paid for! Very shoddy way to do business.

This has been the worst experience of our lives hiring Lowe's for fencing. The installer they sub contracted for the job has been great, but it's been a nightmare in every other aspect from losing fencing panels delaying the project for WEEKS to the worst customer experience and nobody willing to provide a contact to reach a supervisor. Save yourself time and money and many headaches and go to a fencing company direct even if it means waiting...because Lowe's will screw something up that delays the projects regardless and cost you so much more than going to a fence company direct. Do not use them!

Fine until this guy working there was trying to help me if that's what you call it. The big storm was coming so we needed a new snow blower. Our old one was not going to last. He was helpful at first until I started asking too many questions. Didn't think it was problem. He seem to get angrier each time I asked something. Trying to be a good consumer here sorry. I didn't understand the attitude. I said so if I give the info to my friend who has a truck to pick it up. Cuz I brought an suv . He no we do dissemble anything. It can not go on suv. So when I mentioned my friends he was like no you must be here. Okay no big deal. He was very aggressive with his response. Real mean like. Such an ass. So I okay I called my friends they were coming to pick it up. When arrived I walked back in and saw this snow blower same as the one I bought. I saw the guy. He come to the snow blower and walked it towards me to go by me. I asked my friends are here. He snapped at me this is not yours this is someone else's. I was getting annoyed this guy. Well fucking say something to let me know. No need to be a Dick about it. If this is how you treat you customers thank you fuck you I will go to another Lowe's or Home Depot instead.

I am so unimpressed with my experience at Lowe's in Greenland. I drove 45 minutes to pick up a vanity that they had, only one left, and there were none at my local Lowe's. I ordered it online and I went for curb side pickup at Lowe's in Greenland. The gentleman kindly put the vanity into my truck, however, once I got up to tie it down, found a cut in the box and the top was damaged. I had to go inside to exchange it, which is fine, accidents happen, however, my only options now were to drive 20 more minutes to hope they had that vanity (now over an hour away from my house and 6 at night with a 6 year old) or order online with a $65 delivery charge or go to Maine to buy it and pay an additional tax. As I explained this to the manager Phil, his response was "looks like you got it all figured out". No solution, no effort to help me, nothing to make the customer happy. Never shopping at Greenland Lowe's again.

RJ was super helpful. He went out of his way to assist and was eager to help me accomplish my lumber order in a timely and professional manner. He has a great attitude and understanding of the customer's needs. Thank you RJ!

I was so impressed with the professional and helpful staff at Lowe's in Greenland as well as their social distancing guidelines and taking mask wearing seriously. This is much appreciated! Also to note is that Lowe's has recently donated 25 million to help minority owned businesses reopen.

The worst. I ordered an expensive computer router on line that was supposed to be shipped from this particular store. After a few days, I called the store to try to find out why the item had not yet shipped. Calling to try to speak to someone is from Kafka. A circular firing squad/phone tree trying to get to what they cal Customer Care. After it rings and rings and they do not answer, they take me back to the main menu again and again. Never got to speak to anyone. Never got my item. Called corporate and their message was that wait times were longer than 45 minutes- never go to to speak to anyone there either. It is amazing that these people are still in business.

Purchased Formica countertops. Absolute junk. Was difficult to handle without doing damage. Just lifting from saw horses to counter top caused the backsplash to separate from base and split 30" up counter. Particle board base is closer to sawdust than anything resembling a wood product. The Formica top is hair thin. Not to mention how warped it was. Junk, absolute trash.
