Great service! Brought in two suits for cleaning and one needed a small repair. He did a great job on all of it. Easy Way is out of my way but they will be my new dry cleaner because they have great service and the ones more local to me do not!

My mother took a rug that my dog had went to the bathroom on to get cleaned. There was just 1 stain that was on the rug that she wanted to have removed. She paid $130 for it to get cleaned and waited a little over 3 months to pick it up. She called multiple times to see if it was ready to pick up and every time she was told no. When the rug was finally done, she was called by a rude lady who told her to come pick up her rug that’s been waiting for her for a long time. When she finally picked up the rug, there was a note that said they were unable to remove the stain. Huge waste of money and time. Do not go here.

I dropped off shirts for dry cleaning today and was very pleased with the friendly service I received. My entire family has used Easy Way for a long time and they have never given us a reason to go elsewhere.

Sebastian is personable (makes a point of remembering your name) and his work is excellent.He is accommodating, efficient and reasonably priced. He is the only dry cleaner I will use.

Sebastian,I was initially disappointed by having had one of my pant legs cut in the process of your establishment fulfilling my request to repair a hem (the extra material was trimmed, although I never asked anyone to do that). The result of your seamstress' initiative was that the original hem line was about two inches higher than the one resulting from your seamstress' handy work, and it was noticeable. I agreed to give your shop the opportunity to fix the disparity via the only means left as an option -- to trim the extra material on the leg with the higher hem line to match what your seamstress had previously done on the other leg. However, during my second attempt to pick up the pants, I noticed that the imprint from the original hem line on one pant leg was quite noticeable -- so much so that it looked like there were two hem lines on that pant leg. Frankly, no hem lines should have been noticeable.After talking with you on the phone -- which followed me initially having gotten nowhere with the seamstress who happened to be manning the shop in your absence -- I believed that things were going to be resolved. You explained that you could dry clean the suit again and then press it so that the hem line would not show. I agreed to your proposed resolution to have me leave the suit this afternoon -- you would text me a transaction slip -- and I would pick up the suit next week when I returned to town.However, as soon as I hung up the phone with you, the seamstress began berating me by saying that everything was my fault because I had not specified not to cut the material on the pant leg when I placed my order to have the hem sewn. I became so taken aback by the seamstress' attempt to blame me for the problem that I told her that I would never bring my clothes to your establishment for alterations. She responded by telling me that she would never touch any of my clothes again. At that point, I could not trust that she would not sabotage my suit, so I left the shop with my suit in hand. I will swing by the shop later this afternoon. If you are there, I will leave it for you to fix the problem as we discussed.Your seamstress demonstrated what not to do in trying to resolve a customer service problem. She is not the best representative of your shop.
