Yall are an awful provider , paid $500 bill just for our account to be lost in their system and our WiFi shut off an hour later , absolutely ridiculous behavior just shut down already

First I lost email then after 2 more weeks the internet is gone. Has been 3 days - no tv, no internet and above all … NO help. Useless company. And, I thought Comcast was bad. Switching back asap. Hopefully, issues we had with them years ago (broken line on nearby street, old system) has been repaired.
