“Kevin and the team at costal truck and autobody recently completed 2 sizeable projects and complete paint jobs on 2 of our front line peterbilt 389s. The process was simple from the beginning with Kevin setting up the tow and coordinating with the insurance adjuster to get the ball rolling. They were great to communicate with and always easy to get ahold of for updates and questions. We had a few minor hiccups with the first truck which Kevin literally went above and beyond to correct. I can't remember the last time I experienced someone taking such pride and satisfaction in making sure a customer was completely satisfied with the finished project it was very refreshing!! We just had a second truck get a roof panel replacement, accessories added and a complete 2 tone paint job and get compliments daily. His knowledge is vast and his labor rates are on average. $80 per hr. He also sells used autos cheap and affordable. Thats where I bought my current car, 2005 Buick Park Ave.”

“Thank you Wayne's Auto Body. I am incredibly grateful for your help. You are an honest person who doesn't try to inflate costs or have people buying parts they do not need. I had a disappointing experience with a different shop who told me i needed to buy parts for my door handle that wasn't needed and then charging me for 1.7 hrs of service. Total cost would have been $305. I went to Wayne's and was told I only needed to replace the smaller part of the door handle and they fixed it in no time. They were very efficient, kind and didn't take advantage of a person who has very little idea of how much things cost when it comes to fixing things that go wrong with their car. I am very grateful for your help. I wish I could give you more stars :)”

I had a intoxalock in my car and it made the process very difficult but ed went above and beyond he made calls blew in my device and really showed that he gave a shit I felt bad because it made so much more work for him but he kept a sense of humor and a smile and really worked his ass off for me not only would I recommend this place but I'd back this dude up in a fight in a heartbeat that's how above and beyond I feel like he went for me. “I hit a deer in my Subaru Crosstrek. Key Collision works as a provider through my car insurance, Geico. 5 stars for all parties involved (Geico, Key Collision, and Enterprise). My car took about 3.5 weeks for repairs, but Key Collision always kept me updated along the way. Huge shout out to Kathie at Key Collision. She made sure I was taken care of. My original grill was vinyl wrapped black, and I was worried I would have to get that re-done on the new grill since the Subaru Crosstrek stock grills have chrome on them. Kathie said “Don’t worry! We will paint it black for you!” I was nervous what the outcome would look like, but my car looks great!”
