I've been going to VIP Tires and Auto in Gorham for all my oil changes and tire rotations, and I can't recommend them highly enough! The team is always incredibly helpful, providing top-notch service with a friendly attitude. I particularly appreciate the free safety inspection they offer. It's thorough and has alerted me to potential problems early on, saving me a lot of money by addressing issues before they turn into costly repairs. Dan and his team did an excellent job and helped me out tremendously with my flat tire while my rental car provider was uncooperative. I can wholeheartedly recommend coming here for all your tire needs.

My Jeep decided it needed new brakes late on a Saturday afternoon while I was visiting the area and Nate and Dana were amazing! They evaluated my Jeep and were able to fit me in the next day. I ended up needing tires as well and the price was decent. They even allowed me to leave the vehicle overnight, locked in their garage area. I would highly recommend them if you need your vehicle serviced. The quote was accurate and the services were completely in a timely manner! Thank you again!!!

We were out of town and the fellows here were fantastic with fixing our care. Thank goodness there are still kind people in this world. Anyone who needs service that lives in this area should go there. If you are in the vicinity and traveling and have a car concern go there….. you won’t be disappointed!

This place is awful.
They’ll rip off the locals and those stranded on a visit. They’re not honest people. You can’t go there for something specific without them recommending you have 30 other things done to your vehicle (maybe it’s a female customer thing?) They are unrealistic and scared of tinted vehicles. I recently had an oil change there and they wouldn’t put on a windshield sticker of when it was due next because they were too scared to associate an oil change sticker with a vehicle with tinted windows. They’ll red line you in the system if they think your tint is too dark, without proof. They’ll print out inaccurate tint laws to show you why they can’t inspect a vehicle with tint. Save yourself the money and go to someone who knows the tint laws and updates and records accurate information about your vehicle.
Zero stars, zero honesty, zero good intent, this place is pathetic and majorly overpriced. Around $40 labor fees for an oil change.

My fiance and I recently moved up to berlin NH and needed an oil change. Paul was very helpful and communication was very good. They brought our vehicle in before registration was ever done so i love the enthusiasm to work! Thank you vip. Doug was our mechanic and he was extremely thorough and took his job seriously. We will be returning!

Evert time I walk into vip in groham nh i am greeted by Laura with the biggest smile and I am treated like i am the only customer, she is always a pleasure to work with and always very professional. The techs paul ans derek are amazing too, always willing to help and provide great and fair service. Cant say enough good things about this place.
