10/10 recommend. I drove all the way from Rangeley and they made sure to get me in right away m. Even with being early because they knew how far of a drive I had. I was in there for maybe an hour. It was so easy and I’ve used them now for the second time on a different car and in a different state each time! They are awesome!!!!

Just had 2 rock cracks repaired at the Gorham NH location. Sean was great, friendly and professional. Picked the car up and the cracks were near invisible! Highly recommend!

My windshield cracked less than 24hours after being installed. I called about a month after as it was a tiny crack that turned into a larger crack. It was out of sight. They are now saying I have to pay out of pocket when it was obviously installed incorrectly. Poor service. Poor customer service. Avoid this location. We have had 20 windshields replaced thru satellite and only had issues with this guy. I’d give a 0/5 if I could. I’ll get a picture as proof there is no stress crack.

Cody at the Gorham, NH location did a fantastic job of replacing my windshield in a timely and professional manner. His work included having to recalibrate the sensor cameras affiliated with the road safety system. I would highly recommend.

100% need to go through these guys to get a windshield. 100% professional. Quality service. Fast service. Very knowledgeable. There are places to sit inside as well, it's got a table inside. And there are things to do like watch television and have coffee. They also have free wifi. There's a bathroom as well.

I am very pleased with my first Safelite experience. Cody came to my home and replaced my windshield and wipers in one hour! He was polite and professional. Safelite's quote beat all other local auto glass shops by $100 and allowed me to stay home with my busy toddler. I will be a returning costumer and will recommend them to everyone I know. Quick and easy service in and out in less than 2 hours. They have free coffee, water, cable TV and Wi-Fiin their waiting area. The guy doing the service while I was there was even nice enough to give me a discount They transferred over all of my window stickers and safety and inspection. Couldn't thank him enough.

SafeLite replaced my rear window of my Subaru Crosstrek. The technician arrived and was kind, but did not wear a mask during the job which left me pretty uncomfortable. Not only that, but the technician also gauged the exterior of my trunk during the repair. Fortunately, the technician was forthcoming and told me about the gauge. However, customer service from there was below average. I called the customer service center on next steps several times all in all. I was promised a return call from a manager, but never got one after a few days of waiting. I contacted the local rep for my area and they gave me the run around. I was told "sorry, we don't do that" by him when I asked about an adjustment of the cost of the repair, given it was of lesser quality, my car was damaged, costing me time and effort to now go to an autobody shop, and resulted in me having to play phone tag waiting for a manager to contact me. The local rep agreed for me to go to an autobody shop, get an estimate, and they would cover the damages, but refused outright to even talk with me or even consider the idea of reimbursing some value for the lesser quality job that they did. I completely understand accidents do happen. I am not implying that, nor was I asking for a full refund. I was asking for consideration of a lesser quality job, which is this case. One would never buy a product or service that is of lesser quality for the same full price of that with good quality. Providing repair of the gauge is the responsibility of your company, but the good will of a company is that where they want to make things right. I have now put a lot of my time and effort into this because of SafeLite's mistake. I would expect a company like SafeLite to want to make things right. But, they did not. Also, I still never received a call back from that manager. It took me finally digging for his email and contacting him only for him to say "sorry you feel that way". You've definitely lost a customer, and never would I recommend them.

Not a very satisfied customer, heck I didn't even make it into the repair shop. I called safelite's 1800 number to get a quote. Well 3 days later I made the appointment online. According to the site this shop had open availability. I chose the 10AM slot. 2 days before my appointment, I got an email saying my appointment was canceled. I called the 800 number back, waited on the line for 25 minutes before someone answered my call. Was upset because I took time off from work, to get this windshield fixed, then to be canceled on. Who does that? I will never use Safelite in Gorham,NH. Thanks for keeping me safe.. Not. Safelite does not repair, nor do they replace. Thanks for my lost wages as well......
