My first experience with Berlin City Ford.....I had a very serious issue with my F150.....another dealer wanted nothing to do with it, a friend suggested I go to Berlin City Ford and speak with Randy, which I did. He immediately told me that my issue was serious but not to worry; they would take care of me. He took me in to meet Lori at the service desk. It was obvious Lori is a very smart and knowledgeable lady.. She asked if I could leave my truck over night. Very next day she called me with the diagnosis and had ordered parts. As soon as they came in they would fix me up. They went above and beyond the call of duty with my issue. Anyone can sell a vehicle; it is the service you get afterwards that counts. They may be great at selling cars but do not use their service department!!! Took 4.5 weeks to get an appointment! Technicians only know how to hook up a computer & not hands on diagnosis. Was told I needed a new catalytic converter but couldn’t tell me why. Quoted me $2,500 for 1 catalytic converter. I’ve gotten quotes from 4 other mechanic shops under $900. Go to someone local & who cares.

Brought work truck in to have front tires put on. Now tire pressure sensors on the front don’t work. They said they go bad sometimes. Yes especially if you have sub par mechanics. Needless to say they did and offered nothing to fix THEIR damages. Do not recommend purchasing or servicing your vehicles with this outfit!
