Poor service customer service.
Oil change and tire rotation on first service visit.
Oil splashed on engine cover.
Didn't appear to know how much oil to put in midway between filling it.
I cant believe I had taken my new car here believed in service technicians to be on top of repairs, etc in terms of knowledge.
Still haven't received a callback from service. Called three times. No response.
Guess they don't care! I guess I will have to drive to another chevrolet dealership for any service issues.

One star is one too many. Seems how my father is horrible with technology, I’ll happily write his review for him. My father had his truck towed to this location TWO WEEKS AGO (5/18) and STILL does not have it back (5/30) with no timeframe of receiving it back. Initially, he was told they would be bringing it in for diagnostic on 5/20, didn’t happen. They brought it in on 5/21 and claimed to have found the problem and would have the parts installed the next day. Wrong. He called on Wednesday afternoon, they told him they didn’t order any parts and are needing to diagnose the problem still. Little suspicious here and tells me they don’t know what they’re doing. He called the rest of the week to check on the progress, was denied a rental and they told him they aren’t sure when he will have it back. The service department is giving him the run around on what’s wrong with it and is failing to communicate properly with the progress. He has reached out to check on the progress multiple times with no response as well. Also, they are REFUSING to give him a rental vehicle, STILL. TWO WEEKS into having the truck and refusing to assist with providing a vehicle. Now he and my mother are needing to share the only other vehicle they have when they both work. This is not acceptable practice by any means. The lack of communication, poor service, and refusing to offer any sort of assistance is beyond unprofessional. If he had known how terrible the service at this dealership really was he would have paid the extra money to have it towed to the dealership he purchased it from in Southern NH despite living in the north country. At least they know how to treat their customers properly and provide them with what they need. Absolutely disgraceful.
