“My first experience with Berlin City Ford.....I had a very serious issue with my F150.....another dealer wanted nothing to do with it, a friend suggested I go to Berlin City Ford and speak with Randy, which I did. He immediately told me that my issue was serious but not to worry; they would take care of me. He took me in to meet Lori at the service desk. It was obvious Lori is a very smart and knowledgeable lady.. She asked if I could leave my truck over night. Very next day she called me with the diagnosis and had ordered parts. As soon as they came in they would fix me up. They went above and beyond the call of duty with my issue. Anyone can sell a vehicle; it is the service you get afterwards that counts. “My daughter was traveling back to school when her oil light came on, her trip is over 6 hours and she was 3 hours into her trip. And with it being MLK I wasn't sure if anyone was open. I called this shop and thankfully they were open. My daughter got her car there and got her oil changed. She said the guys there treated her with respect.

“I recently was traveling through NH on a long motorcycle trip. Just outside Gorham I had a problem with my motorcycle. I stopped at Mom's to make sure it was safe to continue. In spite of a very busy day both in sales and service General Manager Junior Meservey managed to have a mechanic check my motorcycle. In a very short time they assured me the bike was safe and that I could continue my ride. Junior exceeded my expectations for customer service. What a pleasure to have my needs addressed on such a short notice even when I wasn't a customer there. Thanks Junior”
“Going on three generations of my family using this garage. I've never had a problem with the price of labor although I see less expensive parts online. I go here for everything outside of manufacturer recalls. You could expect to wait two or three weeks for an appointment. To me this shows their competence but is also a reflection of the alternatives. Throughout dozens of times having my car serviced here I have had two instances with vehicle problems after the work. Unfortunately they were not very cooperative about acknowledging or correcting it. I continue to have work done here because they always follow through on what they say they'll do and never do anything I haven't asked for. Trustworthy if you're an out of towner just passing through (if you can get in.)
Anyone who could recommend someone in the area who's honest and skilled could comment and I'd appreciate it. Just can't always wait 3 weeks for work to be done.”

They were able to squeeze us in without an appointment. Although it took hours to complete the work, they were able to change the alternator and battery for us same day. I went in to get a quote on fixing my Honda. Yes, they fix all makes and models in their body shop. I received a COMPLETE quote, parts and service included. Let me tell you, that is a major relief and much appreciated because I pay cash for what I need done on my car, so I budget. I get a quote and I save the cash.
I have gone to other places and they tell me only the parts or they say it will have to wait until they are doing it to see.
It was so awesome to walk in and have someone immediately look at my car (a lady with beautiful long red hair and glasses) and give me a REAL quote, printed and everything.
I know exactly what to budget. And, when I bring it in for the service, I will update this review. For now, my first impression is five stars. TBD on the actual work.”
“Fantastic service and Tech work! Just had my 10K service and tire swap on our Tundra, the vehicle is also our camper. Chris (Toyota Tech) did an outstanding job with the 10K and big tire swap. I am very impressed. Lauren (Service Dept) was knowledgeable, answered all my questions effectively and kept me informed during the job. I hope they get some acknowledgements (a raise!) for their fantastic work!”
