“My first experience with Berlin City Ford.....I had a very serious issue with my F150.....another dealer wanted nothing to do with it, a friend suggested I go to Berlin City Ford and speak with Randy, which I did. He immediately told me that my issue was serious but not to worry; they would take care of me. He took me in to meet Lori at the service desk. It was obvious Lori is a very smart and knowledgeable lady.. She asked if I could leave my truck over night. Very next day she called me with the diagnosis and had ordered parts. As soon as they came in they would fix me up. They went above and beyond the call of duty with my issue. Anyone can sell a vehicle; it is the service you get afterwards that counts. “I was camping at a KOA in the White Mountains and had a check engine light come on. I called this dealership in the morning and Kathy had me in by 9am to diagnose defective DEF heater which had to be repaired or I faced possible shutdown on the highway while pulling a large 5th wheel camper. I had to check out of the camp by next day so this was very timely. Berlin City GMC had parts shipped to them by the next morning. They said it would be repaired by 1pm, but it was ready when I got there by 10am! I had other items addressed by Spencer while it spent the night, and was prepped for the DEF parts in advance. My entire experience with Kathy and Spencer was pleasant, professional, and the service was performed beyond my expectations!”

“Going on three generations of my family using this garage. I've never had a problem with the price of labor although I see less expensive parts online. I go here for everything outside of manufacturer recalls. You could expect to wait two or three weeks for an appointment. To me this shows their competence but is also a reflection of the alternatives. Throughout dozens of times having my car serviced here I have had two instances with vehicle problems after the work. Unfortunately they were not very cooperative about acknowledging or correcting it. I continue to have work done here because they always follow through on what they say they'll do and never do anything I haven't asked for. Trustworthy if you're an out of towner just passing through (if you can get in.)
Anyone who could recommend someone in the area who's honest and skilled could comment and I'd appreciate it. Just can't always wait 3 weeks for work to be done.”
“Steve was literally our savior today. We got a flat tire and had to pull over as it was an emergency situation. Steve saw us, immediately offered to change out our tire with our spare and even gave us the name of a tire place in town that could replace our tire. If the world had more people like him in it, we all would be better off. If your car ever needs service in Gorham, I highly recommend this place and thanks again Steve for keeping my family safe.”

I went in to get a quote on fixing my Honda. Yes, they fix all makes and models in their body shop. I received a COMPLETE quote, parts and service included. Let me tell you, that is a major relief and much appreciated because I pay cash for what I need done on my car, so I budget. I get a quote and I save the cash.
I have gone to other places and they tell me only the parts or they say it will have to wait until they are doing it to see.
It was so awesome to walk in and have someone immediately look at my car (a lady with beautiful long red hair and glasses) and give me a REAL quote, printed and everything.
I know exactly what to budget. And, when I bring it in for the service, I will update this review. For now, my first impression is five stars. TBD on the actual work.”
“We vacationed in Bethel, ME and were driving home to NJ when the battery light flashed on our dashboard. We were lucky to find Berlin City Honda nearby. They were able to squeeze us in without an appointment. Although it took hours to complete the work, they were able to change the alternator and battery for us same day. We appreciated the staff’s kindness and concern, since we were traveling with kids. Thank you to the entire Service Dept for fixing our Odyssey and helping us get back home safely!”

“WHERE DO I START?!?!? These guys are great! If you ever get to the NH/VT/ME area, you’ve got to go see these guys! Ray is the owner and he got us set up the day prior, and then Ron greeted us and got us fixed up in our machine and mapped us out and even helped us with a few phone calls back and forth. Top-notch, well-maintained machines- along with these guys and their personalities- gave us one of the most memorable and pleasure experiences we’ve ever had on a vacation. I left after a great conversation feeling like I had known these guys all my life! This is the only place I would rent a machine if I was in the Mt. Washington area. I can’t say enough good things about White Mt. ATV Rentals! Awesome folks that have an awesome business that I can say I have some awesome friends in Gorham. Go tell them Greg sent ya!!”
