Horrible service. Live animals died because their miscarriage of them. Never even came to put 3rd floor apartment door at the estimated time, came 3 hours early for a package that requires signing and again, didn't even come to our 3rd floor door to knock. Can't get ahold of anyone via call, the worst service I've ever been greeted with from a post company. Avoid at all costs, and file all the refunds you can with them. Absolutely abysmal.

Says open until 4pm. Then why not answer the phone at 3:55pm? Just tell the public your employees don’t work a full day….tell us when they ACTUALLY work until….
Called three times at 1030 the next working day. Phone rang 25-35 times at each attempt. Then someone would pick up the phone and instantly slam it down.
Gee…..wonder why the Post Office has such a poor reputation……..

Our packages are constantly not being delivered and sitting at their location. Status update always say the The delivery status of your item has not been updated. This will go on until i call them and complain, like why cant they just deliver my package?

I have been using usps informed delivery. With that being said I currently am having my mail held at this location due to a pending divorce. The employees consistently choose to not give me all my mail.I have filed 8 complaints with the USPIS including one complaint involving video evidence of my wife Amanda B Colburn physically removing our mailbox for our home.It is obvious even the USPIS doesn’t care

The USPS postwoman that delivers to my apartment is absolutely horrendous! On numerous occasions, my husband and I have asked her not to deliver packages to our building, management requires all carrier services to deliver to the main office where there is a secure package room. My baby's diapers were stolen after usps delivered them to my building and when I explained this to the postwoman and asked her not to leave packages there and to follow the rules, she argued with me. After that, she delivered packages on 2 separate occasions to my building, and then didn't even ring up to let me know! She knew it was wrong! I've called the office and they were supposed to make a note of this, call me back amd also speak with her, but none of that happened! Last night the same postwoman rang up to our apartment to say we had a package delivery. My husband went down to talk to her in person. For 1: she rang up to the wrong apartment, and 2: she argued with him, saying it wasn't her fault that my package was stolen and that I was just overreacting because I'm stressed out with having a baby and a toddler. There is a BIG green sign from management on the door in plain sight that states to bring all packages to the main building and carriers should have an access code. This woman is lazy, incompetent, unprofessional, rude, and does not do what she's supposed to. She will be reported. This is the woman that delivers to Waterford Place Apartments in Manchester NH 03102.

I was waiting for a package to arrive and I received a notice stating “ recipient not available for signature”. How? You didn’t even come to my door. Am I supposed to watch out my window all day until you arrive? Horrible carrier. Now I have to make a trip to get my package. How inconvenient…

I receive 2 lbs of junk mail every week which is not even addressed to me and they are not doing anything. They claim I cannot remove my tenants from 10 years ago as a landlord. They mark packages as delivered when in fact not delivered. You can not even have a decent human to human communication. This place serious need of restaffing, training and supervision.

This is the WORST USPS office ever. I recently had to put a hold on my mail for some personal reasons and I opted to go pick it up every week but each week I go in they don’t have my mail I downloaded their daily digest and showed the lady at the front desk that I see that the mail was delivered but she says it was scanned early, I go again a week after and she tells me that I have no mail she’s honestly so inconsiderate and didn’t even want to listen, my bills and some checks I’ve been expecting are all in the mail and I haven’t received any mail for the past month and I don’t know how I can get help with this but it’s definitely frustrating.
