Being new to the area I stopped into a few shops to get a feel for the people that were running them.I was greeted as I walked towards the mechanic...good sign!I wasn't greeted at the other two shops that I stopped at prior.Jonathon is the mechanic on-site running the day to day business as well as turning the wrenches. I was able to have two State inspections completed. “I had a great experience here! I came in to get my brakes inspected and an oil change - and I offhandedly remarked to the mechanic, Chris, that I had bumper damage that had previously caused me to fail the state inspection - which I thought meant I needed to go to a separate body repair shop.While he was working on my car, he figured out how to fix my bumper without replacing it. How lucky am I?! I was able to get my brakes fixed, my oil changed, fluids flushed, and my state inspection for less than the price of my supposed bumper repairs! Both Brad and George, who ordered the parts and took care of me while waiting, are two of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. They really do care about the customer as a person and not as an ATM. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at AutoCare Plus, they have earned a customer for life!!”
