I've been a customer for many years. I've found the staff & owner to be kind, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The owner is knowledgeable and enjoys cars which is what distinguishes this shop. He enjoys the work & treats his customers well. The work is thorough, no detail is missed. My cars are restored beautifully and I've never had an issue. Great shop, highly recommend.

Shop was great. My insurance company deemed my car was fixable. pulled in to shop and seconds later the guy said if he knew my car was this bad he wouldn't have had me drive it and it should be totalled as frame is messed up. now just waiting to see what happens when they contact appraiser and insurance.

Mark is amazing! He took excellent care of my BMW, it looks like a brand new car again. Ive never had a rust repair and I was concerned because I knew he would have to cut out portions and weld, etc. But when I came to pick it up, and checked the area where the rust was, I thought Id forgotten what side it was on because the area looked flawless, perfect. He even took care of some dents, fixed a loose piece of window trim that had been driving me crazy, in addition to a vaccuum/wash. Mark is an absolute craftsman. GREAT JOB in this repair. I would highly recommend using this local repair facility. Hometown feel with professional work. The owner mark went above and beyond the call for this repair. Communication was on point and I got updated immediately. Not only did he do the repairs he helped fix other problem areas made my car nice and clean took his time probably really cared about the job.

I had to get my truck repaired insurance company suggested this Body Shop , Marc was great gave me the estimate, scheduled the work , completed very quickly ,then he lined up other work from other vendors to get my truck fixed up nice tires , rims, undercoating frame . Nice to see a business go the extra mike above and beyond my expectations , forget the large fancy body shops , this place is a hidden Gem . Great job Twisted Fender ! Rick

Marc has been doing work on my companies fleet vehicles and I couldn’t be happier. He’s quick, great with communication, does excellent work, handles insurance claims and the turn around time has enabled me to get work trucks back on the job sites quickly. I also brought my personal vehicle to him and it was just as easy. I highly recommend him and his shop to anyone in the area who needs good honest body work done to their vehicle. Top notch in a small town.
