What a joke of an establishment. I dropped my car off after getting in an accident, leaving my name and phone number waiting for initial estimate to be done. The guy at the front (Tom) told me the estimate would be done same day. Instead, it took 3 days and they didn’t even call me after they were finished (Tom said they apparently didn’t have my phone number even though I’m sure I left it originally. Not to mention I had called to check on the car after dropping it off.) When the estimate was submitted, it became obvious the shop had reported damages on my car that they didn’t take pictures of for the initial estimate. Tom told me he would submit more pictures, and 3 days after said he thought he had it all set. The pictures never got submitted for almost 2 weeks (12 days). I have Liberty Mutual Insurance, not some small no name insurance company so I dont think it should be hard to figure out. Long story short, they may do decent work, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the headache. The lack of communication and competence is astounding.

I recently was in an accident and needed repair on my vehicle as soon as possible. I dropped my car off the following day, the parts were ordered the same day and my vehicle was done in less than a week. Amazing service and always great work. Will always recommend!

They did a spectacular job on my husband's SUV! Front hood, rear bumper, whole exhaust system, windshield, painting, detailing, and they got all the glass and dust out of the vents! FABULOUS JOB! Customer service is top notch! Highly recommend these guys!

Reliable and honest! I spent a month getting 3 quotes, explaining exactly what I wanted done to a small area of rust on my minivan, and Reliable Collision was almost 1/2 the price of the other 2 places. Upon reviewing the quotes side-by-side, going line-by-line to see why the big difference in cost, I discovered that the other 2 places quoted me on a complete new side panel, which requires taking off the bumper too, when I only asked to have the small area of rust cut out and fixed/welded/repainted. As a result Reliable Collision got my business and they were done in 3 days and it looks fantastic! If I ever need body-work on my vehicles I will be taking them here.
