I was scared to go due to the poor reviews but I had a great visit! No appointment, and I only waited around 7 minutes. Nicole was awesome - 10/10 from me.

I showed up about a half hour before my appointment. I was greeted by someone at the front desk a few minutes after, who informed me I needed to sign in using the tablet in the waiting room. Within 3-5 minutes I was greeted by a very friendly staff member, who took care of my pre-employment screening. All said, I was there maybe a total of 20 minutes. I was actually out the door and on my way at the time my appointment was supposed to start.***Be sure to make an appointment versus just walking in***

Don't even bother trying to do a walk-in. I tried to make a reservation online, but that didn't work so I just drove there. I signed in using their kiosk (there's no person to talk to), and sat and waited. The monitor on the wall showed that I was next (unless a person with a reservation showed up), and would be taken within 5 minutes. I sat there in an empty waiting room for 15 minutes without being called; no nurse in sight, behind a locked door. Then another person, who had a reservation, showed up and signed in. Almost immediately the nurse came out and called that person. Why didn't they call me when I was the only one there? Their monitor showed "serving zero" for 15 minutes! Very frustrating, and not what I needed when hangry after fasting for a simple blood draw.

DEFINITELY do an appointment, don't walk-in. Waited for a little over an hour and ten minutes for a walk-in, even though the estimated wait was 12 minutes, and then dropped down to 5 minutes for the last half hour... The phlebotomist was lovely once I finally did get in, and that's the only reason I didn't put zero stars if I could!

I checked in over 20 minutes before anyone arrived with an appointment. I waited a total of an hour and they still didn't take me in and I had to leave for my doctor's appointment. Worst service ever. Once again Quest has lived up to their infamous reputation and has let me down.

Hours online do not reflect Hours of operation. There is a written notice posted on door only. And says these Hours have been in affect since February but no one has bothered to change online listing.

Horrible experience here. My Dr sent over the order twice and Quest said they never received it. No offer to assist, just a "sorry about that". One person working that seemed like they couldn't care less.

This location is great and hugely convenient for people who live in the New Boston and Weare area too.This location was walk in only but they do take some appointments now but only 2 phlebotomist work there. The hours are 7-8pm Monday/Wednesday only and 7-5pm the rest of the days.

My experience was very good and quickCame in from the west Coast and did not have any problems. The phlebotomist did an excellent job with the blood draw.

My 7yo daughter needed labs drawn and we arrived 15 minutes before closing, which I thought was enough time because we were in/out in less than that just a month prior. My daughter started getting cold feet when we got into the room. She was no longer willing to get her labs drawn. Our phlebotomist Emmalee was super sweet and kept reassuring her it wouldn't hurt if she relaxed. My daughter wasn't having it. But Emmalee never once suggested we come back another day or rushed us at all. After nearly a half hour of coaxing, we finally got it done. Emmalee was so gentle with her. Explaining everything in words she could understand. Huge kudos to her. The last time we went in, the phlebotomist was also amazing. Great employees working here!
