I have been dealing with the wonderful people at Private Label Specialties for close to 30 years, and I can honestly say that I cannot come up with one negative to say about them. Whether it is for private label beverages, t-shirts, embroidered apparel, or custom-made labels, Ray and his crew have always gone above and beyond. It is rare when you get a company that truly cares about its customers, but that is what makes Private Label Specialties so unique. They not only provide incredible service, but they do it without gouging their clients. They make their many accounts feel like family instead of a number, and I cannot say enough good things about them. I recommend them to as many people as I can, because I can confidently say that they will never let anyone down. Thank you, Ray, Paul, Cait, Tiff and the rest of the incredible staff. You will have my business as long as I am alive! Don't ever change!

Best customer service!!! I've worked with Private Label for over two years. The staff helps research items I've needed including but not limited to glassware, coffee mugs, thousand and thousands of t-shirts, and beverages. The staff is always detailed and efficient in a timely manner. Always a pleasure to work with Private Label!

I can't rave about Ray and his team enough. We've worked with them for the past two years on our golf tournament and their customer service only gets better. They have assisted us every step of the way from recommendations to the actual order and logo placement. The team is extremely responsive and accessible and I appreciate their dedication to delivery quality products at very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!
