Thank you to the assistant manager there for taking care of the battery replacement. I was expecting to pay for a new battery, but they took care of the warranty. On Oct 3rd I was there in quite a panic. I just bought a vintage camper and the mirrors on my Jeep Wrangler weren't wide enough to see around camper. Also my tow pkg needed an adapter for lights to work. I had another 5 hour drive home to NY. I was near tears realizing I couldn't drive it home the way it was. He was so kind and understanding this man at the counter. He put the mirrors on. Put the adaptor on. After me he helped an elderly man put on a windshield wiper. I dont know if this is all policy but ORiellys you better hold on to this employee ! He is a true asset to your company !

I ordered a part online last night and it gave me an approximate time for pickup today. Got the email saying it was in an hour earlier. Part was correct and the employees were very nice and pleasant.
