I bought a used car in cash three months ago. I paid cash. Thought I got a nice car for the right price. My husband passed a little over a year ago and he took car of these things. I did the best I could on my own, but nice of these folks to take advantage of me. A few weeks down the road we find that the AWD isn’t working and a wheel bearing. My mechanic took a look and the transfer case is cracked. So we order a new one to get the AWD working. Well, after taking that out, it turns out to be the splines in the wheels. All of that would be a $4000 plus repair job. So I fix the wheel bearing and figure I’ll just get through the winter without AWD. A month later another wheel bearing and the next day the transmission goes out. I am out a car and $8000 within 3 months. Thanks guys. Much appreciated.

The car I bought from them as in safe working order, and able to pass inspection in fact had several safety issues with it that shouldnt have passed inspection, and only found that out because I brought it to another place to see why the evap code wouldnt go away even though this place had fixed the part several times. It ended up costing me around $3500 total to get it to be able to pass inspection less than 2 months after I bought it from them.Filed a small claimed case. They did not respond or appeal it and I won. That was 4 months ago. They have ignored court ruling and not paid anything. I am refiling again this week for further legal action, which could result in arrest if they continue to ignore the court order.

They did a good job getting into the vehicle. But less then a week later the vehicle started to have problems. Unable to bring it back to them I had to bring to a local automobile shop to have it repaired. The auto warranty that was purchased with the vehicle did cover the repairs. Been texting and calling to see if they would reimburse me the cost of the repairs but the salesman has said the owner would call and never called.

Worst experience ever!!! Paid $200 for a deposit, drove 6 hours to pick up a truck, had several issues that were not listed. From needing new tires, transmission leak, turn signal didn’t work, rust that they painted over to hide, and tire pressure lights were on. It was advertised as a very clean truck. Very disappointed. Was never told that the deposit was non refundable. Asked for it back and was told “too bad, not happening” . Very shady people to work with!!

I bought a car from here in November and it’s been a horrible experience and vehicle! Mind you I have only put 2k miles on it in 3 months! So let’s start with what happen! They told me I needed $1500 to get the loan, I paid that and found out they only put $500 on my loan, when I called to make my payment this month and I asked the bank if they put the money down. They pocketed the $1000 when called out on it, the a person answered when I called, pretends to be Matt, (as Matt isn’t this rude)He guy sounded a lot like the sales person who sold the car to me. After he said let me find the paper work so we can have an intelligent conversation, I said excuse me, my husband took the phone and said we can come down there and talk if you like, because you not going to speak to my wife like this. This guy then proceeds to say, come on down and I’ll knock your wife out then knock you out! Like seriously, talk like that bc the customer calls because they found out $1000 was stolen from them by the care dealership!! Then My fault once again, didn’t look at price of car when signing bc I was told it was 13k and I put 1500 down so figured I was financing 11.5, well nope I financed 15k!! Lesson learned in that.Less than 100 miles later, check engine light came on, they say they fixed it, cleared code, 50 ish miles later light comes on they said they fixed it, and then less than 20 miles later it comes on again and refused to call me back on it.Horrible company, not professional and they stole my money!

Goffstown Motors did what they could to get some money from me immediately bottom line. Their credit machine was down so I found another way to accommodate them with pain staking time and effort on my behalf. Apparently PayPay is a hard concept of pay for this “ dealership”. Chris assured me I had nothing to worry about as it was a first come first serve basis. I went through more time and effort locking down insurance and a loan through my own bank all the while keeping in contact with Chris to assure him I was doing my part to make the deal happen. As it turns out HE SOLD THE VEHICLE FROM UNDERNEATH ME not caring at all the time and effort his potential customer put in to secure a deal. Didn’t even contact me. I’m a believer that all things happen for a reason reading the reviews and seeing the rating I’m glad to add to it. I obviously deserved a better experience with a real dealership for people not just the salesman. Please take your time to go to a place you deserve, better than the bad treatment you’ll find here on your efforts and your hard earned dollars. I’m glad this worked out the way it did, I probably dodged a massive bullet from people not deserving of me and mine.

We recently purchased my son's first car from Goffstown Motors and believe they are deserving of a 5 star review. Shortly after our purchase, we had the car checked out by a Subaru dealership in Milford. To our surprise, the dealership informed us that my son's car needed >$10k worth of repairs and suggested we "make the car disappear." Obviously concerned and upset, we returned to Goffstown Motors and provided them with the list of problems identified by the dealership. Chris and Matt did not become angry or defensive. Instead, they spent over an hour discussing the situation with us and stood behind the car and the state inspection they performed on it. We agreed we would obtain a third opinion by a mechanic that is known to us. The third mechanic did not report any of the major issues identified by the dealership and only noted a few minor things he felt should be addressed. GM gladly offered to fix the issues. As a result of this experience, Goffstown Motors has earned our trust and respect. If you're in the market for an affordable used car, I'd definitely recommend doing business with them.

Paid a $500 deposit for a vehicle that I was interested in. Decided I no longer wanted it. It was only 3 days. Didn't give it back. If there was a 0 star review, would have clicked it. Also the APR he offers is absolutely Garbage. Offered me a 24.95% interest rate.

Bought my son's first car here. No rust, seemed to run decent. He doesn't drive very far to work or school. In hindsight, we probably should have had it inspected by someone other than them. Fast forward 4 months. It's making weird noises. Take it to TWO mechanics. Ball joint is falling out. Brakes are grinding. Struts are gone all the way around and the car is rusting away. How could all this happen in 4 months and 1,000 miles? The car should never have passed inspection. Sad that a place would sell a car knowing a young kid was going to be driving it.

I can't say that I have had a better experience anywhere else. They went way above what they had to do. They sold me a better car than what I was originally interested in. All around a great experience. Good, solid cars. Able to keep it Old school and put their word on you, keep it simple with a handshake.

They scammed me on a 09 subaru impreza. Bought it with 150k so I understand unpredictable things happen but i brought it in for an oil change a couple months after I bought it and I was told it's burning oil so bad that it's not going to last much longer and that if anyone even briefly looked at the motor before the sale they would have known this. I was told the car was in great mechanical shape and had no issues. Also they told me my trade in was junk and listed all sorts of issues and I saw it on Facebook the next morning saying "SUPER CLEAN TRUCK RUNS GREAT NO ISSUES"Whatch out for these crooks.

I had my doubts after reading these reviews, BUT I never write reviews, so here it goes. This is a good place to get a cheap used car. Bought a 2007 Mazda Speed 3. Is it perfect? No, but its a USED CAR. If you want something that is going to be the best car in the world with zero problems, get certified pre-owned car, or lease a new car. If you want a cheap used car, go here. You should do your research, bring someone with you who knows what they are talking about when it comes to cars, and give the car a solid test drive and look over. Get under the car, get a CARFAX. Do your job in buying the car. My car had a defective rear caliper, and Mattie replaced it a week later no charge. This place is super laid back, and wont give you the "used car sales" act that you get other places. When I expressed my concern about the 4 bad reviews, Matt went out back and picked up all the files of the cars he had sold in the past 6 months. I was the 40th car he sold that month. Guy sells 750 cars a year and has 4 bad reviews. The odds are in your favor.EDIT: I had a lot of issues with my car, there was water in the trunk when I bought it and it was rusted to hell with a blown motor after a year of owning. I would probably not buy a car here again, but my above review stands otherwise

The staff was amazing and helped me get into my new truck. Inspected with 20 day plates . I love my truck . 3 star only because . The second day having my truck the fuel pump went. Which they couldn't have known so I needed it towed ... then we found out the fuel level indicator was gone. Needed to replace that . And once that 650$ job was done our mechanic told us the rockers and under bed the truck was rotted and needed to be replaced . As I was driving home after being clearly upset with that news I heard a popping noise . Followed by a dragging noise . The weld on the exhaust went and that was dragging . So they were frear but whoever put the inspection sticker on should have seen the rot on the body and the horrible weld on the flow master exhaust pipes. But the staff and the owners were amazing to work with .

I am 17 years old and I was looking to buy my first car. I then found this place with my dad because they had the car i was looking for. The day I went I put down some money for the car. I then bought the car a couple days later and these guys have helped me make sure my car was always safe and have always offered to help me with everything. Since then, they are the ONLY people i take my car too because they always do such a good job. I am so happy and thankful i found a good first car. I would definitely recommend, they have many different cars and will do anything they can to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
