“Alain is truly the best. He does amazing work and is incredibly honest. I trust him completely, because he never recommends work that isn't needed, never lies, always does top quality work.
The most recent reason for my visit had to do with the better half's vehicle. Another place gave her a story about needing work done for rust on the underside of her car. I took it to Alain, because I trust him to give it to me straight. No work was really needed and he told me that; he could have given me a different story to make a buck, but he didn't. And that's why I always bring our vehicles to him. He's the best.”

“Brought my 4 month old Scrosstrek in for body work after an accident. The car itself is back to looking new and the people at the shop were great to work with. Despite it being done through the holidays, the people I dealt with were very accommodating and their process made for a very smooth experience. I dropped my car off, was handed the keys to a very nice rental on site and waited to hear back on the repairs being completed. The accident was just one more thing to deal with but they couldn't have made the process any easier. Thanks guys!”

“Had to get my bumper replaced due to a small accident. Everything about my experience with L+F Auto Works was wonderful. First, I paid half of what I was getting estimated for at other shops, such reasonable pricing. Second, Alberto ordered the part immediately and painted it shortly after. Third, he got me in right when it was done and went above and beyond when he switched over the bumper- buffed out the whole front of my car and lights. Such a lovely shop, with attentive and caring service. I will definitely be coming back when I need car help next. Highly recommend! Alberto and the rest of the crew were/are amazing!!”

“Actually, so far I feel a little disappointed. After a month and days waiting for the appointment, (which we had been informed in the pre-crash review that the parts would be ordered) we have almost two weeks of waiting, with nothing specific yet. We know that it happens because we call, we insist (select in the form to update the jobs, not at all). In the future, I will update, whenever the completion of the work happens. In the meantime, the rented car continues to accumulate days. Thank you very much![Update]Despite the wait, the end was SPECTACULARLY IMPRESSIVE, an impeccable job and well done. I would definitely take my vehicles to that place. (Even if they take longer than desired) Thank you very much for everything, good job!”
